Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle and telephone with free calls.

The pleasant breakfast nook with 3 way views, overlooks the covered porch and pool deck and conservation area has a table with 4 chairs, plus an additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The laundry room comes with a large top loading washing machine, tumble dryer. We have provided our guests with all the necessary items they will need if they want to do their laundry including an iron and ironing board. So no need to bring too many clothes - save the space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes at the outlet malls.

The elegant spacious king bedded master has an additional seating area with large lounge chair and footstool and has great views onto the pool deck and the conservation area beyond. There is a large walk-in wardrobe with floor safe, Cable TV  and alarm clock radio.

The large ensuite bathroom includes large corner bath with his & hers sinks either side, large walk-in shower, and separate WC. We have also provided a hair dryer for your convenience.

This bedroom has 2 twin beds, cable TV and built-in wardrobe.

The bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a new King sized bed, cable TV and large wardrobe and views over front gardens.

The family bathroom is shared between the double and 2 twin bedrooms and has a bath with shower over, sink and WC.

This bedroom has 2 twin beds,cable TV, built-in wardrobe and can be used as a self contained unit with its own "Cabana" bathroom consisting of bathr with shower over, vanity unit and WC.  This bathroom also serves as a pool bathroom with direct access onto the pool deck.

The garage has recently been converted into a fully equipped games room which is sure to keep children and those young at heart entertained after a day at the parks.

The large 30'  pool & spa with oversized deck (48' x 26') has fantastic views over the fabulous conservation woodland area. The pool area is secured by a removable toddler screen so you know they are safe after a hard day at the many theme parks, in the shopping malls or on the golf course.

The covered lanai area offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner.  

At night, the area is great for watching the sunset or for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - bliss!! 2 tables with 10 chairs as well as 4 sun loungers are all provided for your comfort.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $85/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

Our villa is equipped with complimentary Wireless Internet Access which works throughout the villa and pool deck.

Guests may use the telephone to make free local calls as well as unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in Canada and the USA.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money at the local Walmart.

BBQ available to hire locally at £50 per week.
