Covid-19 Virus Pandemic

In the event that you are unable to travel to Florida as a result of flight restrictions/disruptions due to closed borders following a Viral Pandemic and/or Government Advice not to travel (i.e. FCO in UK or CDC in USA), we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible in order to reschedule your stay to a future date when travel is not restricted.

We cannot offer a refund but can carry forward the credit of monies already paid for future dates ideally within 6 - 8 months of the original dates booked (or possibly longer if the pandemic restrictions persist but no more than 12 months).

Only with the strict agreement of the owner, can we extend this period further, but no more than 24 months in the future.
