Home from home for three weeks. Convenient for the parks (about half an hour to most of them) and a great place to chill out in between going to them. The grandchildren had a great time in the pool and they loved having a bedroom to themselves with a TV. The management company quickly came to our rescue when we had a small problem with the kitchen sink.
So pleased you enjoyed yourselves & made the most of the facilities

A wonderful trip to this beautiful villa on Highlands Reserve. Clean and spacious villa with lots of room and areas to sit. The decor is beautiful and made the villa feel like a home from home. It does not feel like a temporary stay whilst you are here! The kitchen is well equipped and very modern. A great place for couples, friends and family. We'll definitely be back - already planning our next trip to this lovely home.

We had a fabulous time here. The villa is so well equipped and loved the pool and the kids especially enjoyed the games room. We were ever so lucky with the weather. Lovely place, I haven't slept this well in years. Can't wait to come again.

After many years of staying in this villa under the previous owners, it was nice to see the new upgrades. We had a very enjoyable stay and hope to be back same time next year which will be our 9th year.

Brilliant property everything a family would need for a perfect holiday, great views over the golf course, would definitely recommend to friends and would love to come back the next time we are going to Florida

We had three generations staying in the villa, plenty of pool area for everyone to share. The games room was the best we have had in the six stays we have had in Florida. Our grandson loved the games console which he spent any spare time on, great TVs in every room, the villa is ideally located for supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Highland Reserve is a lovely quiet area and only a few minutes away from the 192

What a fantastic time. Beautiful home with everything you would ever need. Beautiful pool with a great view. Lots of room for the 6 of us. Owners were excellent to deal with and very friendly. We will definitely stay again if we return to Florida.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa! It was perfect - the kitchen, outside space, BBQ, pool etc... We felt really at home and the bonus was having the large washing facilities too. Your villa made our holiday and we will recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed in this villa with two other couples in April 2018. From the second we booked the villa the owners gave the personal touch by regular contact, checking we were all set to stay and advising us of any changes and updates. When we arrived the villa had been newly updated which we had been advised of by the owner and sent pictures in advance however when we arrived it was even better than we could have hoped for. The villa easily accommodated the six of us. The new kitchen was fantastic with everything there you could ever need, a fully equipped games room and a fantastic pool and poolside area. All the bedrooms were spacious, light and cool and all linen and towels were immaculate. The laundry facilities provided were great and really made things nice and easy. The internet and cable package provided was fast and very comprehensive. The location of the property itself was great with ample parking, great shops and restaurants just a 20 minute walk away and great access to all the Disney and universal parks all within a 45-minute drive. We would definitely recommend this villa to couples and families alike and can not praise the owners enough for the work they have done on the villa and there help before and throughout our stay. We are hoping to book again for next year taking our parents and in-laws back!

As in past years, another amazing stay in this lovely home. We always feel at home and love the view of the golf course. Many hours are spent in the pool & meals out on the patio. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!! We have stayed in other homes in Highlands Reserve, but this is our favorite by far. Hope to visit again soon! Take care.

Wonderful house with amazing views of the golf course & visits from the elegant Sand Cranes. If you are up early there are fantastic sunrises too!! This house has a relaxing vibe as you sit by the pool. Eating breakfast outside has a very different feel from the UK in February!!! The jacuzzi was lovely & warm. BBQ's in the evenings! Nice on-trend furnishings throughout. I would recommend wholeheartedly and can't wait to plan another trip.

Our ten day stay in this villa was awesome! Every room in the home appeared to be designed just for our comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed the way the spacious rooms flowed for family time as well as private time. We spend most of our evenings in the kitchen/den and pool area of the home, and we absolutely loved the oversized patio area with the huge pool and hot tub. There were plenty of fresh linens and towels, as well as a completely equipped kitchen. We have been vacationing in Orlando for a few years and have had issues with the bed mattresses being thin and lumpy, however the mattresses on all beds were top of the line, which enabled the busy days to be tolerated much more easily. My grandchildren enjoyed the game room, and rode bicycles throughout the quaint neighborhood in the evening. The neighborhood is not only safe, but the neighbors are all very polite and welcoming. My family and I are all in agreement that this villa is the perfect vacation home for us! Lori

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in Florida. This was our 3rd visit to Orlando but the 1st to this lovely villa. The house is situated in a very quiet location surrounded by a beautiful 18 hole golf course. The facilities within the house were of a very high standard and with so much space available allowed the party of eight plenty of relaxation time. All amenities were very close with supermarkets a 5 minute drive and parks just 30 minutes away. The management company were very quick to respond when we needed them to clear a fault within the waste disposal unit. We spent many a relaxing hour by the pool which I recommend you have heated for the duration of your stay well worth the money. If you are planning a visit do take the trouble to visit the Longhorn Steakhouse along the 192, truly one of the best steaks I have tasted in years. If I had to make a recommendation to the owners it would be to upgrade the single beds for a more comfortable sleep. We had a wonderful family holiday in Orlando, which was enhanced by our stay in this beautiful villa. The facilities were excellent, with everything you could ask for and the needs of a wide age group catered for. The environment is lovely, with great views of the golf course to enjoy, whilst relaxing by the pool.

Birkdale Villa is absolutely stunning. It is set within a beautiful estate and it has a lovely outlook over the golf course. It is a few minutes drive from the local supermarket Publix and a bit further on is Walmart. Beside Publix is a fab restaurant, Appleby's, which is worth a visit. Most of the parks and attractions are 20-30 mins away, which suited us fine. Our party of 6 was 2 families and we had more than enough room to keep everyone happy! The pool area is great and helps to relax you after a day at the parks. The games room is also helpful for entertaining everyone at night. Would definitely come back to this villa.

This is a beautiful home situated on the peaceful Highlands Reserve. It has spectacular views over the golf course to the back although golfers are quite a way away so no worries about stray balls. Every morning we were met with a beautiful sunrise and the sun didn't leave the pool area until 6pm. The onsite management company were very quick to respond to a call we made about the pool and came straight over. My husband loved all the TV channels and was in heaven when he realised he could watch some Premiership football and having the Sky Plus type feature of pausing the screen was very handy too. The house is well equipped and has a great games room too. My kids loved the hoops basketball game. Having a bathroom by the back door downstairs was very useful for the pool. If you are looking for a relaxing, well equipped holiday home I can recommend your villa. Thank you to Carol for renting it to us.

After a long and tiring journey we arrived at the villa ready to fall into our beds, however upon opening the door everyone's spirits and exhaustion lifted to see the lovely spacious interior of your home, with comfort and ample room for our family of ten. The house caters for everyone from the games room to the cd/dvd collection. Many hours were spent in the deck area and great fun was had by us all in the pool. The website certainly does not do your house justice. Our holiday in Florida and at your villa passed far too quickly, now back in the UK we are wondering how soon we can go again!
