Just spent two great weeks in beautiful Villa Captiva and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely clean villa conveniently situated for Disney and other theme parks in a very secure resort. Having stayed in numerous villas over the years this is one of the best, the interior fitted out with everything you could need. The villa has a great south facing pool area overlooking the nature reserve so has a very peaceful outlook; we even got to see an alligator. Our grandson loved the large pool and spent every minute he could in it even in the dark with the pool lights on. The management company are helpful and friendly and Louise the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we hope to be back.

Hello Louise,
We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your villa. We arrived back home last night to 2 feet of freshly fallen snow. We are all missing the pool today. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We really were not ready to leave the beautiful sunshine. My mother wanted to thank you for the great books on hand in the games room. She read 6 of them during our stay and really enjoyed all of them. Hopefully we will return to this area again and will definitely contact you about renting. My family comes down to the Orlando area every year during Easter break. We always rent a house as we like the extra room it provides. This home was by far, the nicest one we have stayed at in Emerald Island. It had a great open floor plan and the rooms were much bigger than most of the 4-6 bedroom homes at EI. This was the first home that I stayed at that I didn't have to call the management company or owner for a single issue (big or small). The beds were much more comfortable and sturdier than most of the rentals as well. The best part was that the house backed up to the conservation area and was super quiet and peaceful. The owner was also a pleasure to deal with and super friendly. We are checking our dates for next year and will definitely be contacting Captiva to rent in the future. Sharon has been wonderful. She answers our questions and fixed any problems as soon as possible.

Hi Louise, thank you for the use of your villa in total honesty in over 100 trips to Florida this holiday stands out as the best and that in part was due to your home.
Even though we have stayed on EI before the position of your Villa and the layout was super so much so I nearly stayed and brought a villa myself plus a business at Old Town.

Just writing to say that we had a very enjoyable time at your home at Emerald Island. Everyone found the house very comfortable and when all of us was there it still felt very spacious.
It was also well situated for all the parks and shops, and we even found Wholefoods, which is my favourite food store. Whilst we all enjoyed the parks we had great fun in the pool. To be honest I think our grandchildren enjoyed the pool more than Disney. It was also lovely looking out at the conservation area at the back. We saw raccoons and a coyote and a variety of birds.

Your villa and the Emerald Isle Resort are remarkable. The house is spacious with every amenity imaginable. Our family stayed for a week and enjoyed the pool, spa, and game room. The furnishings are delightful and the furniture encouraged family times of conversation and competitiveness. There are games, movies, and a PS-3 with games. This is a gated community with a pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a nature trail. We did not visit any parks during this trip, but we found plenty to keep us busy and entertained. We can't wait to return for another relaxing vacation.

House was perfect, nice furnishings, nice layout, private pool area, everything was good would stay again and again.

The house was a great place to stay and exactly as represented. Everything was very clean in very good repair and working order. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and I highly commend this property to the VRBO community. Should I have cause, I would certainly stay here again.

Our group stayed here for seven days total. This house was close to all the amenities (Disney/Universal/shopping malls) and easy to get to from the airport. The house itself was amazing - lots of room, comfy beds, large kitchen, nice pool. We had some minor setbacks when we arrived, but the on-site management company was fantastic and addressed our concerns right away. Louise was also very easy and accomodating to deal with prior to our trip. Our family enjoyed the house and we would definitly recommend it to our friends and family! We hope to be back next year!!
