Lovely villa. Had a lovely surprise, my grandson 25 flew over from Australia to be with us. The villa is very well equipped with every comfort provided for. Going home today to cold England but we will be back.
As regular visitors to the USA (last eighteen years) we enjoy visiting Florida and have stayed in many villas in various locations here in Orlando and over on the west coast. This villa has to be at the top of our list as it has a beautiful outlook, loads of space to accommodate Dad, Mum, daughter, friend and Grandma. Our son also surprised us at the airport flying in from Australia!! for the second two weeks of our three-week stay.
Enjoyed the parks, Top Golf on International Drive, Manny's Chop House (towards Haines City), Escapology (three visits and still didn't solve a crime (but so close). Spent hours in the pool and playing golf.
The hospitality of the hosts and the management company cannot be faulted.
Fantastic villa, brilliant time, great weather and another brilliant holiday in Florida with lots of memories to take back to the UK.

This beautiful home was a fantastic base to enjoy our holiday in Orlando from. Every comfort and convenience is catered for. From the moment we arrived this lovely house has exceeded our expectations. We loved the evenings by the pool watching the beautiful sunsets over the golf course. The beds were so comfortable, which was much appreciated after a busy day at Disney/Universe. This house truly allowed us to relax and unwind with plenty of space for everyone. We looked forward to "getting home" every evening!!

Your home is just beautiful:)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay knowing that everything we needed was right here.
The evenings/mornings spent by the pool with the fabulous view were just what we needed. We hope to return again someday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely villa. The outlook at the back is stunning and we loved watching the sun set at the end of a busy day and cooling off in the pool.
My husband fulfilled a long held ambition to play golf in Florida and enjoyed every minute of it.
We will certainly return if we are ever having a holiday in this area again.

Not long home from a stay in this beautiful villa and it truly was amazing. We arrived 27th Oct and left on 18th Nov and it was absolutely perfect. The villa was superbly kitted out with everything you would need, a stunning pool and pool area, lots of space and lovely decor. A very bright and open villa, we loved it. It was my mother in law that booked the villa and spoke with Christine on several occasions but I wanted to put my own review up as it was only my second time visiting Florida, and my second time in a villa and our first villa was a bad experience for us. I have a severe skin condition and was worried about coming back and risking bites etc from any Hurricane damage but Christine was wonderful at keeping us informed and checking in with us. The villa was in an excellent location, so close to Walmart, Disney, lots of dining opportunities. I absolutely cannot wait to come back and will most certainly be looking to book this villa again. Thank you once again Christine (& Nigel!) your villa is absolutely perfect and really is a home from home.

Thank you for extending your home to us for several months. The house was well equipped and very clean. We have booked the house again for 2018.

Had another wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. This has to be the best villa we have stayed in on Highlands Reserve. We love it here. The villa is so well equipped. Extremely happy stay - beautiful villa, fully equipped with all things needed. Had many stays on Highlands Reserve since 1999 (at least annually). Spacious and lovely. Management company the best yet, courteous and helpful. We will most certainly be looking to book again.

I came here with my husband, two children (6 & 8), mother and her partner. We have been planning our Disney holiday since my eldest was born. I have never done a villa before, we normally do package holidays. After staying in your villa I don't think I would do anything else. I would like to thank you for opening your home to us. Normally I can't wait to get back to my own bed but this time I don't want to leave. Your villa is so much more than I expected and I don't want to leave. If I was to return to America I would definately book here as I think I would be disapointed to stay anywhere else. I honestly could not fault anything about the villa or holiday. So glad I booked the heated pool, we were in it everyday with the kids. Thanks again and I will be recommending this place to others. Gemma and family, UK.
Oh, and I would like to also thank the OPS team. Any problems (which all turned out to be user error). They were prompt and happy to help.What a lovely review - thank you so much. We were very happy to hear that you loved the villa as much as we do, and that you will be recommending us to your friends. The property managers are exceptional and go over and above.
