So enjoyed your villa. It was so clean and true to all the photos we saw online. Loved the pool (especially being able to walk out onto the patio and have it right there just for us). Plenty of room for our 2 grand-children and all the adults. Great location and easy to get around and so close to my favorite shops. Again, thank you so much for such a great home away from home. Hi Donna and Simon Thank you for your email, I kept meaning to send you a note of thanks since we returned but time just passes by! We had a really great time in your villa and we all thought it was the best we have stayed in in Florida (our 4th visit) and would definitely return to your villa and recommend to friends (in fact I already have to one but I believe you were booked up for the dates he wanted). Having the covered outside area was so useful in the heat of the day and the setting was great especially with the conservation outlook, the sunsets and not really being overlooked, it meant we very quickly relaxed. You provided for everything we needed and cannot think of anything we missed. The recommendation of the ticket agents was really helpful only thing was that they would not send tickets to villa as it is not the billing address for my credit card so we had to collect but that was simple and not being far away gave us an excuse on our first morning to have a wander around Celebration and start to acclimatise. My son and I had a round of golf on the course and really enjoyed that also and found the rates incl.club hire really reasonable for a lovely course. In terms of your management company then the presentation of the villa on our arrival and cleanliness was first rate, other than that we never needed their assistance and everything was faultless. I did call them once about bin collection as in the 2nd week the bin was not emptied despite being out, they took the recycled but did not empty the bin, but they were aware that there were issues with the collection company and seemed to be on top of things and assured us not to worry. I just wanted to say how lovely your house was, it was a home away from home. We had a 10 month old with us and everything we needed was here. he learnt how to crawl while we were here too. I would highly recommend this type of holiday and this particular holiday villa to anyone thinking of coming to Orlando. The pool was the highlight. We have had a fantastic holiday - A great villa. We have 2 young children & found it very child friendly which meant we could relax & makes such a difference that everything has been thought about. Great vacation & amenities. Target & Walmart much cheaper than Publix. One suggestion would be to provide more cleaning products especially for families with young children. Many thanks for a great holiday The Cooks & RobinsonsThanks for the suggestion - we have done just that and have provided a selection of cleaning products under the kitchen sink and would ask guests to replace any items they finish during their stay as a courtesy to future guests - thanks for your constructive comment. -

Simon, Donna & Family Your home is absolutely beautiful, thankyou so much for the use of your home. My family of 7 all felt very comfortable and we all had plenty of room. My 10 & 11 yr olds loved the games room and all the adults enjoyed the rest of the house. The guest directory book came in handy a few times and was very informative. We enjoyed a couple of parks, gift shops, golf course (husband & son) and 2 dinner theatres Capones & The Mystery Show (both recommended). Thankyou for the use of your house for our holiday to USA. The view over the conservation area is fantastic and we even got to see some Sandhill Cranes, an Armadillo and a Coyote. Thanks to Helen for finding someone for us to play golf with and Tom who sorted out new batteries in the smoke alarms. An absolutely wonderful experience we would love to repeat. We have used this villa previously on our trip to Orlando, It is well equipped with your home comforts and more for all your family needs. You are within easy reach of all the parks and shops you may need for your stay, or just relax around the lovely pool. Great information pack in Villa so you can choose to do as little or as much as you want. Will be using again. -

We spent a very comfortable holiday in Jasmine 1, all we needed was in the house, we liked the pool very much, also the clean rooms , TVs, Internet and other facilities. My whole family was very content and felt happy to stay in this villa. In addition I would like to mention how very pleasant the owners were in all their correspondence with us. -

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. To start with very good directions provided - this was very helpful. We liked everything about the villa and particularly the sun deck and pool which was nicely secluded. The supply of beach towels and general linen was excellent. Enjoyed all the sport on the large screen TV including our Wii tournament! Also, we found the high security in the house reassuring albeit in a very peaceful and, I'm sure, trouble free area. Access to tennis court and golf course also a bonus. All in all a great stay in a delightful home. -

BEST EVER VILLA WE HAVE STAYED IN What a great Villa the best one I have stayed in on Highlands and I highly recommend this villa. The owners were great to deal with answering emails so promptly. Will definitely return next year. There is every thing you need in this villa and having the reserve at the back of this beautiful villa is magnificent. Tom and Helen (management company) were great too and nothing was too much for them and always available to answer your questions. So if you want a Florida Holiday you must stay at this villa I have stayed in many others, but this is the best. Can't wait till next year. Thanks again for letting us use your fabulous villa. The house was a great experience. Would recommend to anyone. As soon as we walked into this lovely villa we were blown away - WOW !! The only thing we did not like about the villa was having to leave to go home. -

The Villa absolutely met all our expectations. Very comfortable Plenty of space. Spotlessly clean. Great Golf course. Friendly staff. Eating and drinking facilities within walking distance. All in all, a great place to stay for a fabulous holiday! -

Large and spacious villa with nice pool. Close to most parks, shopping, dining etc. Very well equipped and friendly hosts. Nice area for quiet retreat after a busy day! I definitely recommended this villa! -

This was our first Florida trip and the villa was fantastic - book without hesitation before someone else gets your dates. The villa sleeps 2 families with ease - 2 doubles, 2 twins and has plenty of room in living area and pool for this many. We only had 6 there but the place is just simply great. Location is top, you can walk to shops, a pub and restaurants. More restaurants (100's) are only a 5 minute drive. Follow the short cut instructions for access to Disney in 10-15 minutes and Universal, Seaworld, International Drive are all within an easy drive. The equipment in the villa is outstanding - there were even hair straighteners in the bathroom, as well as a baby monitor, pool toys, pool towels, everything you could possibly need. -

We had a great stay at this villa for 4 nights. Everything was in great shape and we had absolutely no problems. The location is fantastic, only about 15 minutes to Disney and near to a grocery store and restaurants. Overall, though, house was exactly as described and I would strongly recommend it! -

Orlando Golf Trip 2010 Well equipped with everything we needed. Conveniently located to restaurants, golf courses and major area attractions. Easy to reach from Orlando International Airport. The villa owners were exceptional to deal with regarding all pre-arrival arrangements. Would definitely return to visit "Jasmine 1" and Highlands Reserve. -

We had very high expectations for Jasmine 1 based upon the pictures and prior reviews, and all our expectations were met. There were 7 of us (two parents, 4 kids and 81-year old grandma in a wheelchair) and the house was perfect for our needs. A hotel would have cost vastly more money than a house rental and provided less space, and the key aspect of a house is the living room where we can all gather at night. The house is well-appointed – multiple TVs, microwave, etc as you would expect. It is all on one floor which is useful for a grandparent. We were close to Disney, Universal, and we took the 75-minute trip to NASA, and even had a very fun afternoon orange picking about 15 miles away. The community has a tennis court and playground. The owner upon request provided us the key to the tennis court, but the few times we went there unfortunately the court was occupied, but the kids had fun on the playground. The house is also very close (1 mile) to a Publix shopping center for groceries and also Applebees and some other restaurants and coffee shops. A Walmart is also only 5 miles away. Interesting, you can see that probably just 10 year ago this entire area was orange groves but is now being developed section by section into housing developments. Fortunately it is still at the stage where Lake Louise is preserved and vast orange groves still are in place - suburbanization has not yet taken over entirely. As February in Orlando can be somewhat cold I paid the extra $250 to heat the pool. I probably would not do that again as we were so busy going to the theme parks and we would leave the house at 8am and return at 9pm exhausted. The kids spent maybe 3 hours total in the pool (admittedly a fun 3 hours, but a high per hour cost). Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
