We stayed at the villa (9 of us) for a week while visiting Disney World. The property was excellent in all regards. The rooms were big and well appointed. The pool was but 2 steps from the living room. The kitchen had everything you need and the laundry was welcomed. The kids really enjoyed the game room. The location is 15 minutes from Disney and is 5 minutes from a grocery store, gas station, wine store and restaurants. Simon was very prompt and helpful on replying to emails when we had questions. Everyone in our party raved about the quality of the villa. We will definitely return to this property when we are next in the Orlando area. We highly recommend this property. -

A large 4 bed with 2 master suites. great pool and shaded seating area. The pool gets the sun all day and the undisturbed view to the conservation is very pleasant. The villa had all mod cons and a very comprehensive cable TV package in all rooms, good games room and wireless internet. Only a 10 min stroll to the supermarket, 2 bars and a very good Applebees was a big plus. Easy and quick access to I4 and DISNEY. I have stayed in many villas in the past, but this one and the neighbourhood would be hard to beat -

Having read reviews of other villas on highlands reserve, this villa has to be among the very best. Staying here with my family I found the villa made the holiday an excellent experience. It was immaculate, with good quality furniture & decor, spacious & well appointed with excellent facilities & en-suite bathrooms affording privacy. The villa had very comfortable beds & furniture, it was entirely insect free, it has a safe clean feel, & with good security so I was able to relax properly in a peaceful setting. The good kitchen & dining area was important too & we were able to enjoy dining as a family on a regular basis. It was too cold to swim on most days but the well heated, good sized pool meant we were able to have something of a summer holiday feel despite the odd wintery day. We BBQ'd on several occasions & even dining in the evening outside, we were not bothered by insects as the pool area has a mosquito net thing surrounding the pool area. We could birdwatch & gaze at the wildlife during the day & the stargaze at night as the villa backs onto a nature reserve & is not overlooked. While very close to Disney, Seaworld, theme parks & Int. Drive, it's a lovely peaceful area, yet walking distance to Berry Town Centre where good shopping facilities met our holiday needs & a few bars & restaurants where very reasonably priced dining or take out could be had. With the golf course on the doorstep, we enjoyed a couple of rounds of golf. On a few nights we enjoyed family tournaments of pool & air hockey in the garage. Good clothes washing facilities were in a separate utility room which kept the noise to a minimum. When the waste disposal played up the management co. were prompt & efficient in repairing the problem. The management co. were excellent, polite & helpful whenever we needed them. We had enjoyable restful holiday & I really couldn't fault the service we received & if I holiday here again this would be my absolute first choice. Great Holiday & Good Value. -

Jasmine 1 Villa is exactly as advertised. You will be walking into a home, rather than a hotel for your vacation stay. You will need to stock up on some essentials like toilet paper/paper towels , but no worries as the supermarket (and any other store you can think of) are right down the street. Disney is a realistic 15 minutes away, but in December there was no traffic. We had a fantastic time at this villa, and at the end of the day, the value of this villa versus a Disney World hotel is staggering. -

This is the third time we have stayed in Highlands Reserve and we were delighted with Jasmine 1, which is located in an enviable position on this beautiful estate. The pool is not overlooked (a rarity for Florida properties or so it seems) a major attraction for us as we used the pool area extensively this year. The house is superb, with all mod cons provided, a well stocked kitchen and utility room, comfortable bedroom and other nice touches. that make this a true home from home. I can confidently recommend this property to all those who wants to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer but also want to take advantage of the peace and quiet this community has to offer. All theme parks within easy driving distances - it really isn't an issue at all. A wonderful holiday in luxury accommodation. We shall return soon. Mike & Penny Gillespie -

Thank you for a very enjoyable three week stay in your villa at Highlands Reserve for my family and I. As I am sure you can appreciate, there is always an apprehension of whether holiday accommodation is going to live up to expectations, yours certainly did. The first thing I noticed when we entered was the cleanliness of the villa both inside the house and the pool area. Needless to say, the hygiene is extremely important and I would not have wanted to spend a three week holiday somewhere that was shoddy or not as clean as I would like. No fear of that here, your cleaners are doing a great job. In addition, I was amazed at how well equipped your villa is, you really have thought of everything one could possibly need to make an enjoyable and comfortable stay. This Villa felt more like a home rather than holiday accommodation and that's because everything you could need was there, thus making for a relaxed and very comfortable stay. My family and I plan to visit again. Thanks

Dear Simon, Donna, Erin, Callum & Kayleigh Thank you very much for letting us stay in your villa. We mostly enjoyed the games room and the pool. We had some really good weather apart from 2 days. Our favourite restaurant was Applebees which we could walk to and can fully recommend. We were mostly at the Disney parks so when we came back to the villa it was noce to relax or have a dip in the pool Thanks again Liam, Julie, Andy, Brenda & Malcolm xxxxx -

Dear Simon, Donna, Kayleigh, Callum & Erin Thankyou so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We had a fantastic holiday with the added bonus of the lovely swimming pool with stunning views which we used a lot. What made the whole experience really great for us is that it brought our family together as the boys are normally always out - this holiday was great for our daughter as she managed to spend so much time with her brothers that they really bonded so well. We also had a lovely time at the parks and went to Clearwater Beach one day which was beautiful. Thankyou again an hope to return next year Lorraine, Nick, Billy, Jason & Tia xxxxx

We have had a wonderful holiday at your lovely villa. The villa was fantastically equipped and we all enjoyed the pool. Just a short note to say thank you for the use of your villa over the last 2 weeks. We had a wonderful time and it was made even better by your very well equipped property which made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly found the baby equipment very useful. My 12 year old also enjoyed the games room and the swimming pool. You will be pleased to know we had fantastic weather and despite the crowds the first week we had a great time in the parks. I did take the liberty to take a couple of the cards for hiring your villa as I know I have a few friends and family who might well be interested in hiring your villa in the future. A great villa to stay in, if you have a big family. We were 7 persons, 4 adults and 3 kids. The villa is very well equipped, everything nice and clean, and of course the kids loved the pool and the games room. We had a lovely week with good weather and the heated pool made for a great break from the parks that are all close enough to get to in 15 minutes but remote enough to ignore if you wish to. The area was lovely and quiet and the house has all the facilities to make for an enjoyable stay. The kids loved the table air hockey most of all! -

We had an excellent time in this gorgous villa, its in the ideal location for all of the attractions. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and really well looked after. We will definitely be coming back in the future! A must is a visit to Applebee's by Publix!!!

Our families just loved this villa! The pool was the perfect place to play with the kids. I have already recomended the place to all my friends. So don't be surprised if there will be some more Swedes renting the villa in the future... Best Regards Gustav Carlsson
