Simon and Donna, Many thanks for a fantastic villa with everything just as described. It was a real home-from-home for both our children and their grandparents, with everything we could possibly have wanted. Your pre-arrival information and the Guest Information Folder were especially useful in helping us plan our week. The pool was fantastic, and very welcome in temperatures above 90deg on several days. As an oasis from Disney if required, we would thoroughly recommend Sea World, the children\'s fountains in Celebration and the locals\' beach at St Petersburg. We look forward to coming again and have no hesitation in knowing where to come for accommodation! -

We had a great time at your villa in Highlands Reserve. This is our 2nd time in this area & we recommend going back over & over again, we certainly will. Renting a villa is the only way to go. The villa was great after a long day of Disneyworld & Universal. It was a real treat to cook our own meals instead of paying a ton of money in restaurants. The pool was a fantastic way to relax and play. The home was spacious and comfortable. Our daughter tried out all the rooms! This was a great way to spend our much-awaited vacation. We had a great vacation and found the home to be very roomy and warm. The comforter in the master was especaily comfy! The grocery store was very close and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room in the evening and would recommend this home to any family wanting a home away from home for their next vacation. -

The villa was perfect a real home from home, the facilities and information provided were second to none and the travel time to Disney was approx 20mins (including traffic build up), we were a family of seven and were very comfortable, there are plenty of restaurants etc close by and plenty of "take aways" which would deliver. I would recommend a stay at the villa you will not be disappointed.

Simon & Donna Your villa is well situated, only a few minutes from disney. It is very well furnished and equipped to a high standard, the pool area is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset, we have been holidaying in florida for twelve years and we have found HIGHLANDS RESERVE most agreeable some of the best golf around, see you again next year. A very comfortable, clean and well presented villa, and very close to Disney. Lovely living room, big TV, and a great pool area to chill out. Supermarket 5 mins drive, Wal Mart 10 mins. Everything professionally managed, good communications, clear info etc. Would be very happy to return sometime. Happy Holidays! Paul and Mary. -

We had a fantastic holiday in Florida. Enjoyed the various parks and attractions but didn't over do it. Discovery Cove was probably the best. Your villa was very spacious and in the main well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilites of the golf course/tennis courts and lazy river etc. all within easy reach. We would recommend to any keen golfers who want to try other golf clubs that they buy their own clubs in Walmart ($69) for a set as hiring them is expensive at the other clubs (not Highlands Reserve which is very reasonable). We would recommend the villa to anyone who wants to explore the area and be within close proximity to the parks and all that florida has to offer. Steve, Alison, George and Charli

The Meredith's have a lovely home in Davenport, Florida. This was our first experience with renting a home and it was great. The Meredith's had plenty of things (board games, Nintendo GameCube, Pool, as well as their games room) to keep the kids busy as if they were at their own home. They provide great short cut directions from the airport and to Disney attractions which really helped with cutting down the travel times. I highly recommend their rental unit and hope we will have the opportunity to rent from them again.

Both families had a great time at your villa. The kids were 'fish' in the pool. The location was ideal, facilities in your villa were great. No problems with anything! Had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday here in Florida. The villa was super and everything we needed was here. The restaurant recommendations in the Guest Folder were spot on ! Would recommend to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future ! Richard & Nicola Buckley -

Thank you for letting us use your villa for the past 2 weeks. We�re very grateful. It is lovely. We've been to all the Disney parks and we also went to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. When we arrived the weather was horrible but it gradually got better. The pool heating was good so we could swim at night. We were sad to leave but had to. Donna, Simon & Kids Thank you for allowing us to use your villa ! We have had a ball but like all vacations, way tooooooo short ! Sue & Bob (management company) were great ! Very nice couple ! ? We love the pool - a whole family orientated place - we definitely will recommend this place to family & friends ! During our stay we went to Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios and we done the Pirates Dinner Show (not really recommended for young children) ! We are going to also give the Outta Control Magic Show a try also ! Well again.THANK YOU !!!

Thank you so much for letting us use your home. The villa & location was perfect, weather was not ! Having said that, warm rain is infinitely better than snow & frigid Canadian winter ! A week was too short, perhaps 10 - 14 days next time. Will certainly recommend to our friends ! Once again, thanks & best wishes from the Boulton / Jagielak families of London, Ontario. p.s. Your villa is fantastic, we enjoyed our stay very much ! The location is perfect, close enough to all the attractions and golf courses. Peter was lucky at golf here on Highlands Reserve Golf Course - he got a hole in one ! Wish we could stay longer, the week went by too fast. Now it's back to snow and cold and work. Hello Simon, Donna & Kids !! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your villa ! It was a beautiful, spacious home and we enjoyed it very much ! Did all the usuals - Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld. We took the kids to Cypress Gardens - clean, small and not crowded. The girls got on several rides in a row ! The pool was nice and warm. We have really enjoyed the comfort and location of your villa. Our Grandchildren William (7) & Chloe (5) have most definitely had their (sorry our) money's worth of the pool - great asset ! Enjoyed all the Disney attractions - very hard to choose a favourite. Even Grannies can go on the highest water slide in the world - Blizzard Beach - Fantastic !! Our last night we ate at Celebration at the Italian De Antonio's - fabulous, wish we had discovered it earlier - enjoyed the rocking chairs by the lake afterwards. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have - Thanks to Simon & Donna for the loan of your home.

We had a great time on our vacation! Everything was just as Simon said it would be. We were concerned about not being close enough to Disney property and Simon reassured us that we were very close. He was right it was perfect! We loved having our own heated pool, the pool was perfect. Next time we hope to book all three villas next to each other. We loved being able to be right next door to my sister and her family. I took some of Simon\'s business cards to pass out to my friends, that\'s how much we enjoyed it! Can\'t wait to vacation in Florida again! You have the perfect villa for us. Thank you again from the Yaeger Family
