Comfortable and welcoming.

Highland Reserve is well situated for the 192 or the I4. It is mostly residential and the villa has an impressive view of the 6th hole. The villa is open plan, encompassing kitchen, living room and dining area. All of which are relaxing, comfortable and have very good furniture. The bedrooms have all got flat screen TV’s. Bedding lovely and all of excellent size. Plenty of cupboard space and well equipped. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to our next stay

Villa was a great place to stay and added value to our holiday. Plenty of room for our Adult family party. Easy access to all amenities including parks, resorts, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Villa had everything we needed and provided an excellent home away from home for our holiday accommodation.

House is in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by a golf course. Close to Disney without being in the middle of the tourist area. Close to grocery, couple of good resturants that are just a good walk if you desire. This was our third year dealing with the management and the owner. Some things that were a concern over the time we have rented were dealt with. The pool is always maintained. We have recommended to some people that they rent from the same owner, we do hope they are satisfied as we have been.

Straight forward journey from the airport and access to the property logically simple. Limited dining options nearby but Publicx supermarket is in walking distance. We slept in the downstairs bedroom which was fairly comfortable but the bed was very noisy. Good kitchen and utility room both well equipped. Upstairs master bedroom a lot better but very warm, villa policy to keep air conditioning at 78 meant we were always hot. Pool area small especially if we had my son and his family with us.
We set our air conditioning for 78 degrees, which is the recommended temperature by the utility supplier, however we allow our guest to lower this by up to 3 degrees.

Had a wonderful two weeks here in Orlando. villa was well equipped and very comfortable. We had a great time in Disney and Universal and would love to stay here again. Thanks for opening your home to us. Would recommend Applebee's along side Publix for dinner and delicious food. Thank you

Great villa, no complaints! Everyone loved the Pool, especially the kids. Wi-Fi was great for being able to keep in touch with home. Had a great two weeks visiting Disney and Waterparks etc. Chinese along side Publix was well utilized. Thank you for letting us use your lovely villa.

We have just returned from 14 days at Monticello 13 villa situated within the Highlands Reserve. Overall the accommodation was perfect in almost every department. It was very much a home from home. Rooms were all very spacious with copious amounts of cupboard space provided to unpack. The ratio of rooms to bathrooms/showers was perfect and the showers were great. The master bedroom has a magnificent veranda which overlooks the 6th tee. All rooms have flat screen TVs and there was even a separate Cinema room with a massive screen with a great selection of DVDs to choose from. Perhaps maybe a few more kids choices would have been more of benefit to our group but a good selection none the less. Great space throughout the Villa to relax and unwind after long hot days at the various nearby attractions. The Disney parks were a short drive (15mins) and Universal (apx 25mins) The pool was great and just what our party needed. The kids loved it and were in it all the time. The pool is surrounded by a safety fence which was ideal given our smallest party member was at that age where you can't let out your sight so it was a good peace of mind. The kitchen was of good standard and the ice machine in the freezer was a great help. The kitchen is left completely empty so it is perhaps an idea to bring your own kit of essentials such as dish cloths, tea towels and cleaning liquids to get you started. We found this out to our detriment as we stopped off st the shops prior to arriving at the Villa to find we had to go back out again. Our party would also have benefited from a child's high chair as none was provided. The house has A/C which was perfect to come home to after long hot days. The house is managed locally by a private company who were excellent and responded to any questions we had very quickly. We had access to a supermarket, pub and various restaurants all within walking distance. We had dinner at Applebee's and breakfast at IHOP both were excellent and would recommend. Overall we would highly recommend this Villa it is really lovely, spacious and comfortable which helped make our holiday a memorable one! If we ever manage to get back over we would have no hesitation about trying to book this villa again.

We were very pleased with this comfortable villa which was more than big enough for our family. Although our trip was plagued by torrential rain and storms we made the best of it and the children loved the Parks and Disney characters. Would have loved to have spent more time relaxing around the Pool though! Alison, Adrian, Hannah & Family

Had a wonderful stay. Villa is in a great location for all the Parks. We had to report a few problems but they were sorted out very quickly. Would like to say a big thank you to Michael (owner) for his great communication with booking the villa.

The villa was even more impressive than the photo's on the web site. It certainly was a luxury villa with everything needed for a great holiday. The location is excellent for both theme parks and shopping with Publix supermarket and eating out places within a minutes ride. Would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family.

Heatwave was smothered by having a nice pool, Golf course was a nice surprise. WiFi greatly appreciated. Everyone had a private room. Had to report leaky plumbing service guys came straight away. Very homely much better than the time shares we've used in the past. Well worth the $$ and so convenient to get to all the attractions. Great mall on South 27. Pool toys were great for the kids.

Brilliant 2 weeks away. All the little extras really made it a home from home especially as we travelled with a 6month old. The kids and adults appreciated the pool, location is fantastic too. Wi-Fi was also great to keep in touch with home.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks, the villa was great "Home from Home" great location and surroundings, although not impressed by the Golf Club cutting the lawn at 4.50. The highlight for the children was the pool. Thank you.

Very enjoyable week, after a week on Marco Island. This is a very good villa with no problems whatsoever. Appleby's good place to eat. Wi-Fi a delight. went to Magic Kingdom, Universal, Garland and Mont Dora by Sea plane. As I said good villa as opposed to the one we rented through Marco Island Vacation properties where we had numerous problems

We stayed at this house for 45 days. We loved the house and it's great location. Our family visited and the young ones loved the Pool and Disney. Very close to great restaurants. Michael is a Joy to deal with . Thank you -

Wonderful villa, excellent location for park and amenities. Impressed with site of villa, pool room and Swimming pool (Fantastic for all ages). Brilliant place to stay would recommend it and definitely use it again. Really nice to meet the owners which was a bonus for us, So sad to leave, Had a fantastic holiday.
