Fantastic 2 weeks staying here at this lovely villa. Totally exceeded our expectations. Having internet was a real bonus to keep in touch with family at home. Excellent location for the Disney parks and eating areas. Nice quite and relaxing after a hard day at the parks. Pool was used a lot by our 10yr old daughter. thank you we will defiantly return . 2 weeks fantastic relaxing holiday, love the area and Robert and Michelle most helpful, friendly and professional house agents we have ever seen. We expect a couple of issues but these were dealt with very quickly and with a smile. Thank you

Fantastic house, location good approx. 1/2 hour from most destination's. Kids had a great time in the pool -

great house! Perfect for our party of 6. Fantastic weather & 5 parks/Braves game/Lightening Game all in 9 days and Cocoa Beach too! Fantastic location, Serene view in back yard and pool very much enjoyed. The Costen family were great help. Home was clean & all we hoped for. Thanks very much -

Fine house plenty of space, bedrooms very tastefully decorated. An ideal house for a family. We thoroughly enjoyed our lazy days at the pool. It was a much needed break after a very hard year. Looking forward to a return visit next may God willing. -

Excellent house, could not fault it and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Enjoyed the pool but not enough time to use it to its full potential. Our favorite park was Islands of Adventure at Universal studios and Typhoon Lagoon water park. The Longman steakhouse (along the 192) was the best steak ever! and the Hard Rock Cafe at Universal for best evening atnosphere -

Lovely house. We had a fantastic holiday. Great location for all the attractions but a lovely home to come back to and relax in. Great pool and TV room. Some tips - Carrabba's on route 192 near Disney - lovely fresh Italian food. Breakfast at the Cracker Barrel too. -

We have been to America a few times now, and this house didn't disappoint us. Busch Gardens is a great day out. Can't wait until next year, Golden Coral is a Great place to eat and cheap. -

Lovely, pool was great for the 2 boys villa although maybe a bit small if there were more of us. The house was very comfortable a great location for all the main parks and attractions. The Longhorn steakhouse on US192 was the best steak we had during the fortnight. We found the largest MacDonald's at exit 74a of the I4 on the last day!! Our fortnight has flown past & we are sad to be leaving -

We 7 had a great time. Many visits to Disney, etc. for the younger element. Trip to Sanibel Island and Everglades for older ones - well recommended. Villa was very nice and airy, good fun had in pool,...once you got over shock. Great time had by all -

We had a terrific vocation here at the house and loved the location! The house was fantastic and our kids had a great time swimming in the pool. We have really appreciated the help from Michael prior to arriving and look forward to returning in the future.
