After initially booking the wrong dates (my fault) Neil was really good to deal with over the change of dates. The villa is in a really easy place to find, and if you avoid traffic its 25 minutes to Disney or about 40 to Universal. 1 double bedroom downstairs, 2 twins upstairs and another double upstairs all with private bathrooms/shower (except the double upstairs which has a huge shower only). The outdoor BBQ was great, made really good use of it and the fact that its 'plumbed in' the gas supply (i think anyway !) means not having to worry about the gas running out). Loads of towels (including some beach towels in the garage) and plenty of dishes. We had a problem with the pool filter 1 day and after a bit on confusing information in the rental booklet it was fixed the next day when in time for when we came home from the parks. The house has 2 air conditioning zones, so you can adjust the upstairs by a couple of degrees if you want to. The games room was good, yes its warmer than the rest of the house, but the fan works well enough to give you some time away from the pool. We had a great time at Naples Beach 1, and the reassurance of a gated community with security was excellent. Thanks Neil for allowing us to stay.

5 women from my family were participating in the Disney marathon weekend and we were so excited to find a place we could book that wasn't a hotel but would allow us to stay midweek to midweek (versus Saturday to Saturday for example)- we could not have found a better place to stay!
The house was lovely and we were able to get to the races in less than 30 mins even with the extra race day traffic. Having four full baths was a bonus too - much better than fighting over the one on a hotel room. The kitchen had everything we needed and, even with slightly cooler weather, the pool was a wonderful place to relax. I cannot think of a single thing that the house was lacking - everything was perfect.
The owner was so easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend this property. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful time we had and how much we enjoyed our time at Silver Palms.Many thanks, you are welcome back any time!

This villa was truly a great place to stay, ideally located for a family visiting a variety of attractions. The description sounded perfect, what we found was better, immaculatley presented with all the bits and bobs any family would need. We would, and have recommended this property to anyone wanting a place to stay to make their holiday in florida purr...........fect.

Beautifully, clean family villa. Situated in quiet gated community just far enough away from all the parks for that peaceful environment that we craved for our holiday. Neil was an absolute pleasure to deal with and everything ran without a hitch. Suitable for our wheelchair user friend who also made full use of the wifi! Would fully recommend staying in this lovely villa to everyone. Would definitely stay here again should we decide to return to Florida for our holiday. Thank you Neil for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We stayed at this lovely villa from Sep 15 through Oct 4, 2017.
It was just exactly what we were expecting and was perfect for our needs.
The villa was clean comfortable and spacious. Renting from Neil was a pleasure and he even called us to discuss our concerns. The information pack was very good, thus made our arrival quite easy though if you arrive at night be warned the house numbers are almost impossible to see at night and do not run in consecutive order.
A note about where the community area is located would also be useful as it's a very good community center.
The location was ideal for us as there were shops and restaurants within easy driving distance into Davenport or Haines City and not very far from the theme parks.
There were a couple of issues on arrival, the tv in the master bedroom did not work and the shower head was broken, a call to maintenance rectified that within hours.
On our second night there we arrived back after dinner out to find the door lock would not work, again, a call to maintenance got Adam out within minutes and he got us into the home and fixed the door. Adam was absolutely fantastic to us during our stay.
The home had pretty much everything we needed and loads of towels, not skimpy at all. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was just right for that time of year. The Jacuzzi was great with powerful jets, though it could do with a light in that area.
We had 6 family members/guest join us for one week during our stay and even with 8 people there was plenty of space.
A television channel guide would also be useful in the property.
Overall we were very pleased with this villa from the initial contact until arriving home and receiving our deposit back. It was all that we could have wanted and we do hope to return again. I would certainly recommend this villa.
If you're lucky enough to be there when there is a rodeo on at the http://silverspursrodeo.com/ then by all means check it out, it was a fun and inexpensive night out.
Also be sure to check out Manny's Chop House in Haines City for some great American food but be prepared for large servings.

It's a pity you never told us about the spa light needing replacement, but it was noticed on your departure and replaced. There is a button on the television remote which says "TV guide" and that brings up all the listings, so I am sorry you were not aware of that. The clubhouse is on the same road as our house, just around the bend - again there is a street sign directing you to this, so we are glad you found it in the end. Nice people to deal with, always welcome back!

First impressions of the property were good after we managed to work out the entry system (you need to add a * at the end of the code you're given). Open plan living area downstairs clean and tidy and well furnished. Huge TV and DVD player (take your own DVDs if you want children to chill out in front of the TV after hectic day in the parks as American TV is truly dreadful and full of adverts). There are games in the garage / laundry room but as we were there in August it was too warm to use this facility despite there being a powerful wall mounted fan to keep it cool (Only aircon could have done this as was so hot during our stay, but then again it was August).
Pool area is fine, the required safety fencing and pool surround protector does detract from the overall impression and the whole area is very close to neighbours without any privacy so when you're all out there you can hear everything they're saying, music etc although if you put the jacuzzi on it does drown this out a bit (to put the jacuzzi on you need to twist the dial outside the outside toilet). There are underwater pool lights for a late swim (the switch is inside the house near the patio doors). Pool is fine for a dip and my girls loved it but it is small so adults need to go to the main pool at the club house to have a proper swim.
Bedrooms etc are nice. Master bedroom bed is huge but we found the mattress too soft but this is just personal taste. Showers aren't great, master bedroom is just a shower head on a hose and not powerful at all so could do with an upgrade for such a large shower area as you need something to power off the suntan lotion and refresh you after a day in the sun.
No midstay clean as part of the price - who sleeps in the same bedding for 3 weeks? - so I did it 😕
Clubhouse and gym.
The clubhouse is only open between 10am - 6pm (and 12pm - 6pm Sunday) so if you want to access the gym before you go out for the day or when you get back you can't. The gym is pretty rubbish for a luxury resort, no free weights and outdated equipment, some of which was out of order for the 3 weeks of our stay. It kept me ticking over when I could get access to it although if you enjoy the gym and don't want to stop your workouts while you're on holiday there may be resorts with better facilities. The owner did try and organise an access card for me at the end of our first week (all the owners can supply these to guests using their homes) but it didn't arrive while we were there.This was a guest who would have found fault with a free vacation at Buckingham Palace. A constant nuisance, from the moment she asked if she could have a package delivered while the PREVIOUS guest was in the house (this is a vacation rental home), and sending an urgent email asking how you turn the dial which activates the jacuzzi. And how can you moan about a safety net which is a legal requirement and which rolls back out of the way. We have never had a guest say they had a problem with the entry code, as very clear instructions are provided. At no point before her stay did she ask the opening times of the gym, nor did she ask if the very reasonable rental fee included a mid-stay clean. We even paid for a gym access card to be sent to her, but it never arrived in time. There are neighbours on only one side, and none at the rear, so the house is more private than on many other communities. Strange how she doesn't mention any of the things she did praise during the stay, such as the complimentary late check-out we gave her for 8pm. We treat the standards we provide very seriously, and this review contradicts what virtually every other guest has ever said, so we would hope people take these comments with a pinch of salt, as we do.

The home was wonderful. Well decorated and very clean. All beds had excellent linens. an abundance of towels and all the amenities as described on website. My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Neil's wonderful villa. It had everything you could possibly need and the en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms are great. We liked the quiet resort which felt very safe and we were able to walk round it which we enjoy.It was also good that we were not overlooked as there are no adjoining villas at present.We have stayed in many villas in Florida and this is certainly one we would return to. Finally Neil was very veryprompt & helpful in all our correspondence regarding the hire of the villa. Thanks.

All i can say about this villa is that it is Magical. After staying at other villas in previous visits we were looking for something special for our 30th birthday. This villa is wonderful better than expected and such a high standard. Neil and the managment team were very helpful when we had an issue with the pool which was sorted promptly. The location is spot on and super quiet perfect for couples or people looking for a relaxed area. We were very impressed and will be coming back without a doubt when we head over to florida again. No other villa in this price bracket has compaired so far ! Becky & Garry Groves

We had an awesome time at this villa. There was plenty of room and our four children loved the pool. This was a very convienient location for us as we travelled to the parks on five of the days that we were staying there. The listing was very accurate and the site was clean and well maintained. We will definately be planning our next trip to Florida on the availability of this property. I have already recommended this property to friends. There were also some nice fishing spots in the area.

I was a little scared at first with my first time renting thinking either the house wasnt going to be here or not look like the pictures. But when I arrived everything was just as I saw online and the house is very beautiful, none of us want to leave. Neil was very quick at getting me the info I needed and whenever we come back to Florida we will definitely being renting this house again. Thanks Neil for making our vacation a magical one!!!

This house was just the retreat needed for me and my family after a long day at the parks. Every step of the way through the rental process, Neil was quick with answers to my questions, and I had lots. The home is very secluded from neighbors, so it is just the right place for a good night sleep without the loud noises like a hotel. Thank you Neil for the use of your beautiful home and gracious service. We will surely be renting from you again in the future and really enjoyed our stay at your home.

You will be pushed very hard to find a better house, better equipped in a better location or better hosts. I have already recommended the house to friends of mine for their next summer vacation. Our party of eight (four adults and four children aged two years to 13) had no complaints about the condition, cleanliness or facilities provided by the owner. The master bedroom is fabulous (walk in closet, en suite, a GIGANTIC bed,TV etc), bedrooms for younger visitors are spot on with the style of decoration. The kitchen area has everything you need to cook anything from a banquet to a humble bowl of breakfast cereal and the dishwasher takes care of the bit no one likes. The flat screen TV, DVD player and the PS3 provide the entertainment in an upscale furnished lounge area. The pool out back kept the kids quite and the pool table in the games room (there's also ping pong and darts) provided us Brits with a few "lively" discussions about the rules. Location wise, as a rough guide, turn right out the gate for Publix supermarket, the I4 and everything Orlando, turn left for 'Old' Davenport (blink and you will miss it) and Walmart (it's HUGE - you could blink and never miss it) We're all glad we went, there was plenty of day dreaming about making it permanent and in the words of Arnie Schwarzenegger: "I'll be back."
