We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The pool was fantastic & well used by us all!
Thank you, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay, we have since visited the villa ourselves and added a games room and new patio furniture for the added comfort of our guests.

We have been to Orlando fifteen times and Sandlewood 1 was as far as we are concerned simply the best place we have ever stayed. The owners clearly have thought of everything you could possibly need to make it a great holiday home. We just loved it. Thank you so much Lillian and Peter for letting us rent your lovely home. Also a big thank you to Sue for looking after us. Lesley, Martin, Laura and Danny.

Very very nice villa in a lovely and desirable golf complex. The owners and managers are easy to deal with and very approachable. The interior plan is ideal for families and made for relaxing evenings after long days at the park. The pool gets the sun all afternoon and evenings are great watching the sun go down from the pool area or even from the living room. Would definitely recommend. Access to the i4 to get to Universal or the 192 to get to Disney is very easy...just turn out of the Golf Complex on the the 27 and right for Universal or left for Disney.

My family enjoyed a wonderful 2 week stay at this villa. It's in a perfect location, about 20 minutes drive from the major theme parks so you're able to switch off and relax after a busy day. The pool is great, it gets the sun in the afternoon and isn't overlooked. We often got up early to go to the parks and were back at the villa by 4 to enjoy the afternoon sun. The villa was clean and well presented and the well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. The owner (Peter) was very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this villa again next time we visit Orlando.

The villa was clean and ready upon our arrival. It was exactly as promised and the property manager stopped by the next morning to see if there was anything she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. The pool was well maintained and received sun all day, which made swimming and sunbathing a pleasure. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood and less than a 5 minute drive to the Publix. Disney is only a 20 min drive, which makes staying here a more affordable choice than a resort. -

Dear Lilian and Peter,
We want to say thank you for renting your beautiful house. Unfortunately, we did not arrive until after the sun had gone down, but what a welcome we got. There were lights in the pool, the weather was great so it was just to enjoy the mild evening after the trip (we first came to bed after 4 in the morning, Danish time).
During the three weeks that we spent in Florida, the house served us as an excellent base for our excursions. It was the eight rounds of golf, two visits to the Premium Outlet, two visits to Celebration, a trip to the Kennedy Space Center, a long trip to the Everglades and Key Largo, a visit to Disney Springs and finally a trip to Homosassa Springs. Before the start of the trips, but especially after returning from the excursions, it was great to relax in the pool area. In a sense you could say that it was a pity that we so often was away from the house, because we in every way had such a wonderful time in the house and by the pool. Everything worked super. To the man's great delight, there was a huge TV in the living room, but there was almost no time to sit and watch the golf, the beautiful terrace also had to be enjoyed.
After the first week, we were visited by two of our friends. So now it was really time for fun and coziness around the pool. In addition, the Jacuzzi contributed greatly to removing the tensions that you easily get in your back after rounds of golf.
We would recommend the villa to everyone we know and who are planning a trip to the US

It was our second stay at the house (total of 6 weeks), and we will be renting it again for another 6 weeks during feb/march 2018. The house is situated on a golf course, so if you play golf you are within walking distance from first tee. The house is close to supermarkets , restaurants etc. The house is well maintained, and management is responding fast if problems should arise.I can highly recommend renting the property.

All 3 generations enjoyed the stay. It was easy to get there, the facilities served our needs perfectly and we were within ½ an hour from all the essentials in the area - eg. Disney, Universal, Seaworld and outlets, and Highlands Rreserve is a safe and really beautiful residential area. The house is one of the best locations in HR.
The shopping centre only 5 minutes away met all our needs

Dear Lilian and Peter
The whole family has now returned to Denmark after a wonderful and exciting stay in Orlando.
We have used your lovely and spacious house as a base for a lot of exciting experiences, among others a visit to Kennedy Space Center and Disney World. We have also given priority to enjoy the house and not least the lovely pool area has brought us many wonderful hours, where we splashed around and enjoyed the weather.
The area was beautiful and the girls in the family took advantage of the countless shopping opportunities.We are planning to come back next year

We have just returned from our third stay in this excellent house. Although it is situated on a golf course we have never been disturbed in the pool area by stray balls or golfers looking for balls. The house is well furnished and maintained on a very high standard, so it is almost like coming home. There are good shopping and dining facilities close by and major outlet centres within half an hours drive. The area is quiet and with very little traffic and still close to Disneyland, Sea World and the other main Orlando tourist attractions. No doubt we will return.

I have spent a truly great week in this splendid villa. First of all the owners are extremely nice and they do everything they can to make your stay a perfect one. The villa fully lived up to my expectations and the description received. This goes for everything from the nice bedrooms to the kitchen with everything you need. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The pool area is both very private and has a great view across the golf course. The perfect place for a sun downer. It's easy to reach all the fun in Orlando, and we drove to Space Kennedy for a fantastic day among space shuttles and rockets. I hope to return and I'm happy to recommend this place to family and friends.

This is a wonderful villa which backs onto the golf course which runs through the Highlands Reserve estate. It is quiet and we felt very safe. The villa has everything you will need for your holiday. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and very we'll equipped. The pool and spa were excellent. A large Publix supermarket and a number of take away food options, Mia Pizza was superb, are less than a mile away. The drive to Disney is quick and easy. The manager for the villa, lives in the next road and answered our request for a tennis court key within minutes. We had a fantastic holiday and we would happily return to Lilian and Peter's marvellous home at any time.
