Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay in Wellington 1 villa. Perfect space for my family of four and 2 grandparents. Well-thought-out amenities and home comforts alongside lovely decor! My son struggled to decide whether to sleep in the minions-themed room or Star Wars so he had to do both! Well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable sofas and amazing outdoor space and pool. Formed the perfect base for our visits to Disney and all the other attractions Orlando can offer. Close to shops and restaurants and situated on a lovely gated estate. Just returned last week from my favourite place. We’ve been going to Orlando regularly for the last 12 years, always staying in villas. This was by far the nicest one we’ve stayed in. It was so spacious and immaculate, would definitely recommend it! Ideal for a few families too! My son lived in the loft area when we weren’t at the parks we hardly saw him except when he needed food lol! He also used the gym in the clubhouse every day which he walked to. My favourite part was definitely the pool area, I loved having the extended deck and the covered lanai to sit in the shade. The villa is well-equipped with everything you need. I liked the swap box idea for sun tan lotion you haven’t used etc. The kitchen has every appliance you would ever need, we didn’t really cook except toast and microwaved some hotdogs, we mostly had takeout and salads with rotisserie chicken from the nearby Publix! The Chinese there is also lovely! Everything was spotless, the booking process super easy and Lindsey was lovely to deal with and quick to respond to any queries. I felt really safe and at home, the pool area is very private but when we did see a neighbour they were all very friendly!We were there during Hurricane Iain and thankfully there was no damage to the villa! Just a few unwelcome baby frogs bobbing about the pool area which my husband quickly chased out!!! We were lucky enough to be able to stay where we were and Lindsey was very reassuring, messaging to make sure we were OK! and my mum and I also made sure we did what we could to secure her lovely home. Didn’t really have many dealings with the management company as there was nothing wrong but when they came around to check the pool and make sure we were prepared for the hurricane they were exceptionally nice and very helpful! I can’t think of one negative thing to say only that I wish I could afford to buy one of these villas for myself!Until my next Florida adventure .,.,.Thank you Karen for your lovely review we are so pleased you had a great time and would love to welcome you again anytime

Wow! What a holiday we had. This villa is absolutely amazing. Immaculately clean, contains everything a large group needs and enough space for us all to have quiet time. We were a family and friends group and just had the most amazing catch-up. Lindsey’s communication has been fantastic from the moment we booked, throughout our stay and afterwards. This really does make such a difference having a person that cares about their guests. We have just spent the past 2 weeks at this beautiful spotless villa. Lindsey provided fab service from booking to checkout. Nothing was too much hassle and she went above and beyond with info to help us have an absolutely brilliant stay. The villa is huge, with so much space. It's exceptionally comfortable and well laid out. The 3 sitting/chill-out areas inside mean larger parties can have their own space easily. 4 bathrooms make it great for privacy and save so time if you are all trying to get on the go early. The villa is well equipped, I genuinely couldn't think of any previous villas having so much. Love the swap box, which we left full of sun cream, water, fizzy juice, bin liners, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, Maui Moisture Shampoo etc ....to help future guests. We loved the family feel to the kitchen and chill-out area, so social to have you all together. The beds are so comfy too, we had such fab sleeps in them. The master bedroom is huge and the walk-in shower is absolutely massive. The pool area is huge and you can duck under the shade on the rattan furniture, which was so comfy and relaxing. We really enjoyed cooling off in the crystal clear pool and comfy loungers every day. The villa is close to WAWA, Seven 11, Publix, Longhorn, Kekes, Olive Garden, Posner Park, Champions Gate, and H27. I was so happy to see a Twistee Treat nearby too. I very genuinely cannot recommend this villa highly enough.
