As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the master #2 bedroom on the left and laundry room & games room to the right. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan family room & kitchen beyond.

The comfortably furnished room with direct sliding patio door access & views to pool deck offers ample comfortable seating on 2 sofas and 2 armchairs for all to relax and watch the 60" wall mounted HD cable TV with Netflix as well as SONOS sound system.

The door in the corner leads to pool bathroom.

This bathroom off the family room, serves as the pool bathroom as well as serving the family room. There is a large walk-in shower, built-in sink unit with granite countertop & WC.

The luxury kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

In addition, we provide a top of the range Keurig coffee machine and Margaritaville frozen drinks maker to cool you down.

The pleasant dining area is situated between the kitchen & family room has a stylish dining table and 8 chairs plus an additional 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large pool with south facing deck with no rear neighbours has 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort. Under the shady lanai, there is a large patio table with 6 chairs and a rattan sofa set to relax with a drink.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

The large seating area located at the top of the stairs has a sofa and 2 armchairs providing comfortable seating to watch the 50" wall mounted HD cable TV with PS4 games console, Blu-Ray player and Netflix.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is only an 9-minute walk to the excellent resort Oasis Club at ChampionsGate with its two pools including a waterpark with splash zone, lazy river, poolside tiki bar with cabanas, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, clubhouse bar and restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop and children's play center. Guests on Champions Gate have free access to this waterpark facility.

The excellent 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, and bar are just a short drive away.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only a 10-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also the Berry Town Centre just 12 minutes up the US27 where you will find even more shops, bars & restaurants to choose from and a Walmart another 7 minutes further north on the US27.
