As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the master #2 bedroom (Princess & The Frog/Tiana themed) on the left and laundry room & Tron games room to the right. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan family room & kitchen beyond.

The comfortably furnished Tangled/Rapunzel themed room with direct sliding patio door access & views to pool deck offers ample comfortable seating on 2 sofas and 2 armchairs for all to relax and watch the 75" wall mounted HD Smart TV with Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, and Spectrum Cable.  It includes a beautiful mural inspired from the movie, Tangled, which would make a beautiful backdrop for pictures.

The door in the corner leads to pool bathroom.

This bathroom off the family room, serves as the pool bathroom as well as serving the family room. There is a large walk-in shower and built-in sink unit.

The stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The pleasant dining area is situated between the kitchen & family room has a stylish dining table and 10 chairs plus an additional 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar.  We can also provide 2 high chairs for babies.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The second large Princess & The Frog (Tiana) New Orleans themed master bedroom with its wonderful views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with 55" HD TV above, and built in wardrobe. USB socket for charging your phone.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a walk-in double shower, granite countertop with his & hers sinks & WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The third Cinderella themed master bedroom off the kitchen has been furnished with a queen-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with 55" HD Smart TV above, and built-in wardrobe. USB socket for charging your phone.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity sink and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

Ultra high-end Tron themed games room consisting of air hockey, foosball, 4 arcade games, Xbox, blue mood lighting, and beautiful custom Tron murals.  This Game Room has a dedicated air conditioner.

The large pool with south facing deck with no rear neighbours has 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort. Under the shady lanai, there is a large patio table with 6 chairs and a rattan sofa set to relax with a drink.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

Our picture perfect Fantasia Mickey themed staircase with enchanted brooms and beautiful castle mural lead you to the magic upstairs.

Pixar Movie Room upstairs has comfortable seating to enjoy streaming your favorite movies on the 85" Smart TV with sound bar, including Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu, and Apple TV.  It includes beautiful murals inspired by the Pixar films Turning Red, Up, and Wall-E.

The large Beauty & The Beast themed master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck and beautiful murals has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with 55" HD Smart TV above, and walk-in wardrobe. USB socket for charging your phone.

The connecting spacious luxury ensuite bathroom has a roman bath, large walk-in double shower, granite countertop with his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This Marvel-themed bedroom comes equipped with custom built-in bunk beds, wall-mounted 43" HD Smart TV above, and immersive murals including the Wakandan Ancestral Plane, Black Panther, Dr. Strange, Wong, Thor, Nakia, Okoye, and Shang-Chi.

There is an exciting portal walk-way leading to the Moana bedroom #5 with special effects.

This bathroom serves Avengers Bedroom #4 and the loft area and comes with a standing shower, WC and built-in sink unit with granite countertop. We also provide a hair dryer.

This Disney Moana-themed bedroom comes equipped with a custom twin-sized bed and built-in bunk beds (sleeps 3) and wall-mounted LCD cable TV.

As with Avengers bedroom#4 you can use the portal walk-way to "travel" into Avengers bedroom #4.

The Jack & Jill bathroom serves both Moana Bedrooms #5 & Ratatouille Bedroom #6 and features a walk-in shower cubicle, granite countertop with his & hers vanities and WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

This Ratatouille (Paris) themed bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, wall-mounted 43" HD Roku TV, and a large built-in wardrobe. USB socket for charging your phone.

This room has direct access to the Jack & Jill Bathroom #5

We provide free high speed Cable WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib), highchair, playpen, baby gate, and baby bath. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is only an 8-minute walk to the excellent resort Oasis Club at ChampionsGate with its two pools including a waterpark with splash zone, lazy river, poolside tiki bar with cabanas, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, clubhouse bar and restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop and children's play center.

Guests on Champions Gate have free access to this waterpark facility.

The excellent 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, and bar are just a short drive away.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only a 10-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also the Berry Town Centre just 12 minutes up the US27 where you will find even more shops, bars & restaurants to choose from and a Walmart another 7 minutes further north on the US27.
