As you enter the villa through the double doors you are greated with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the dining room on the right and games room to the left. The hallway then leads onto the spacious family room & kitchen beyond.

This beautifully decorated room with lovely views over the front garden offers a large oval dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is a direct access through to the kitchen

The games room off the entrance hallway is equipped with a pool table, table foosball & a large TV / PS3 with 2 comfortable sofas.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large wall-mounted LCD HD TV with Blu-Ray player.

Luxury kitchen with granite countertops & quality appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster and kettle.

The pleasant breakfast nook, overlooks the pool deck and conservation views beyond. There is a large table and 6 chairs.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck and direct access to covered lanai through sliding patio doors has been furnished with and a king-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with 42" LCD cable TV above, armchair and a walk-in wardrobe.

The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, walk-in shower, single sink, separate WC and walk-in closet. We also provide a hairdryer.

The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstand, chest of drawers with a mirror & LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.

The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. We have also provided a hairdryer.

The third master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with a mirror and LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.

The large 28' x 14' pool with south-west facing deck has fantastic views onto conservation woodland and a small pond to the right.  We have provided 6 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai with ceiling fan and wall-mounted TV.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller and baby bouncer which are all provided free of charge.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the 6 digit code and your holiday can begin !!
