As you enter the villa you are greated with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the front living room on the left. The hallway then leads onto the spacious family room beyond.

As you enter the villa there is a living room to your left complete with wood flooring, 2 sofas, a coffee table. This area is perfect for a little privacy.

As you enter the villa, you will see a beautifully decorated dining area off to the left with large dining table, ideal for large parties and formal dining.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large wall-mounted LCD HD TV with Roku streaming.

This fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities including a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with ice & water dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle and pantry.

The pleasant breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen enjoys stunning views overlooking the pool deck via sliding patio doors and is equipped with a glass-topped chrome table with 4 matching chairs.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, a walk-in wardrobe, a large wall-mounted LCD TV with Roku streaming, and an alarm clock.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and a separate WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The laundry room connects through to the games room.

The games room is equipped with a full-sized pool table, table foosball, and air hockey table. You will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

The large sunny pool deck has 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with a total of 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the younger kids, we also provide a playhouse under the shady lanai.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

The lounge/bonus room features a comfortable sofa & armchair. for your entertainment, there is a large LCD TV with Roku streaming.

The second large master bedroom has been furnished with a 4 poster king-sized bed, matching nightstands, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large wall-mounted LCD TV with Roku streaming.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity sink and WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin-sized beds with a matching nightstand, a wall-mounted LCD TV with Roku streaming, and large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom features a king-sized bed with matching nightstands, a built-in wardrobe, and a large wall-mounted LCD TV with Roku streaming.

This will serve two of the bedrooms (between bedrooms 3 & 4). There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

This bedroom with views over the pool deck comes equipped with bunk beds (dual full-size beds). Within the room, we also have a wall-mounted LCD TV with Roku streaming and a large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, a large wall-mounted LCD TV with Roku streaming, and a large built-in wardrobe.

The other 2 bedrooms & bonus room are served by the remaining family bathroom (between bedrooms 5 & 6). There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), and a highchair, which are all provided free of charge. 

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin!!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located on the resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.
