The luxurious oversize pool deck with large pool is very secluded. These offer pleasant lake and conservation parkland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate.

The pool, being set back from the Villa is in the sun all day but there are plenty of shaded areas on the pool deck and lanai.

The pool area is provided with large table, 8 chairs and 8 sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the pool.

For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, you can rent a gas BBQ with gas & utensils for additional fee - no need to clean it before returning.

A pool safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside.

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with 2 comfortable sofas with the dining area located to the rear of the room. This room is provided with a stereo and selection of board games for your relaxed enjoyment.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the Large Screen LCD TV . A selection of  board games are provided for your enjoyment.

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !!!

The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 6.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !!

This beautifully furnished bedroom features king sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Additional features includes a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

The ensuite bathroom features a large corner bath, walk-in shower, his & hers sinks, WC and hairdryer.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With pool table, air hockey and table foosball - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

For young families we provide a cot (crib) and 2 highchairs.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.
