As you enter the villa you are greeted with a tiled hallway leading to the spacious living room which then leads onto the dining area & kitchen beyond.

As you enter the villa you find the living room with 2 sofas (one of which can be converted to a sofa bed) with seating for up to 6. It has a wall mounted flatscreen cable TV with Blu-Ray DVD player.

Adjacent to the living room in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 6 chairs and views onto the pool deck - ideal for parties and formal dining.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The second ground floor master bedroom with it’s views over the front gardens has been furnished with a queen sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.

The connecting Jack & Jill shared ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity sink and WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

The laundry facilites located in a cupboard opposite bedroom 2 provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large sunny pool with north west facing deck is provided with 4 sun loungers (2 are reclining) for your sun bathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we provide a gas BBQ. All we ask is that you clean it thoroughly after each use and should the gas run out during your stay, please take the empty bottle to the 7/11 at the bottom of Secret Lake Drive and exchange it for a new bottle. The replacement gas costs around $23. Our management team are always on hand should you require assistance.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We include a cot (crib) with bedding & highchair for your infant. There are also plenty of plastic cups and crockery for our younger guests to use during their stay.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

A moments walk away is the fabulous clubhouse offering 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, bar and lounge area, free internet access, gym, games room and pool table, concierge service, children's playground, lakefront gazebo and fishing pier on the lake (equipment rental from clubhouse).

The large master bedroom with it’s wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TV and alarm clock.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, vanity sink and WC. We also provide a hair dryer.
