As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled entrance foyer leading to the open-plan great room directly in front of you and the dining area to your right. An arched opening adjacent to the dining area leads to the kitchen.

This beautifully decorated dining area immediately off the entrance foyer offers a large solid wood dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is direct access to the kitchen via an arched opening.

The great room provides a comfortable place to relax after a hard day out at the parks or at the golf course. Furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and a coffee table, so you can watch the large LCD cable TV with DVD player. For your additional comfort, there is also a ceiling fan.

The fully fitted kitchen with quality white appliances has all the amenities including a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, toaster, blender, cordless kettle, and coffee percolator. Also, we provide every small utensil imaginable, plenty of crockery, cutlery and more.

The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is ideal for enjoying breakfast or light snacks or just socialising with whoever is preparing a meal in the kitchen.

The pleasant breakfast nook with views and sliding patio door access onto the pool deck and golf course views beyond. There is a round glass-topped table and 4 chairs.

The laundry room leading off the kitchen provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The master bedroom with its private access and views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, a drawer unit with LCD cable TV above, a ceiling fan, alarm clock and a large walk-in wardrobe.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a Roman bath, a double walk-in shower, built-in vanity with his & her sinks and a separate WC. There is also a hairdryer.

This bedroom features a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with a mirror & LCD cable TV above, an alarm clock, ceiling fan & large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin-sized beds with a matching shared nightstand and a chest of drawers with an LCD cable TV above. Within the room, we also have a ceiling fan, alarm clock and a large built-in wardrobe.

This attractive bedroom with a 3-way bay window comes equipped with 2 x twin-sized beds with a matching shared nightstand and a small chest of drawers with an LCD cable TV above. Within the room, there is also a ceiling fan, alarm clock and a built-in wardrobe.

The family bathroom between bedrooms #2 & #3 has a bath with a shower over, WC and a built-in sink unit. There is also a hairdryer.

The large pool with a southwest-facing deck with elevated golf course views has a high-level hedge on the left side and partial hedging on the right side offering reasonable privacy on the pool deck. A water cascade feature in the pool adds pleasant water sounds.

We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 4 chairs under the shady-covered lanai plus additional 2 chairs should you need them.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $85/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a keypad entry lock, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa any time of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

It's a 12-minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just a 10-minute drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
