As you enter the luxurious villa, you see the spacious family room with cathedral ceilings, a feature fireplace, and comfortable sofas. The dining area is located to the left of the room. This room has a large LCD HD cable TV, DVD player, books, and a selection of board games for your relaxed enjoyment.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the family room and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

The adjacent breakfast bar provides additional seating for 2 on bar stools

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !!

The adjacent breakfast nook to front aspect looking out onto the front garden and provides seating for 6.

This wonderful bedroom located off the family room through double doors, is furnished with a king-sized bed with matching nightstands and dresser with mirror & LCD TV above. This room has views of the pool deck and has a ceiling fan and alarm clock radio. Off the master bedroom is the large walk-in closet with a floor safe for your valuables.

The enclosed ensuite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, a bath, a large walk-in shower unit and a WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board,and iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase at the excellent designer outlet malls !!

The luxurious south facing pool deck with large pool offers pleasant conservation woodland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the Florida sunshine.

The pool area is provided with 1 x table, 6 x chairs and 5 x sun loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, and stroller, which are all provided free of charge.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

It's a 25 - 30 minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar/fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town are Giovannis's Pizzeria & Grill, Starbucks, McDonalds, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wendy's, CVS Pharmacy, and Dollar Discount Store.

There is also a 24-hour WalMart Superstore just a 10-minute drive up the US27, or if you travel 9 miles you will find an ALDI store on the US192 which is considerably cheaper than Publix or Walmart.
