As you enter the villa you find the Living room with 2 sofas with seating for up to 6 with digital smart wifi linked LCD cable TV

The dining room has a large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

The family room has a single chair and two sofa's, a 42" smart LCD cable TV and overlooks the pool deck with 'alarmed' patio doors for added safety.

Luxury kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & electric kettle.

The breakfast bar offers informal dining for 2 persons on bar stools.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the pleasant breakfast nook with views overlooking the pool deck and golf course beyond with round glass topped table and 4 chairs.

Being located on the ground floor, this bedroom is ideal for those less able as it has direct corridor access to the cabana shower bathroom. This room has a full-size bed plenty of cupboard space and sliding door closet. This bedroom also has a wall mounted Smart LCD cable TV.

This bathroom with bath & shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.  There is easy access to both the pool deck and family room. 

At night, this bathroom also serves as a "private bathroom" to bedroom #5 down the corridor.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The Games Room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With Games room with pool table, air hockey, table foosball, darts & basketball game - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The large south-west facing pool deck maximising your sunshine during the day and giving a fantastic sunset vista in the evening.

The pool deck overlooks the golf course fairways and is equipped with 4 sun loungers, 2 patio tables with a total of 10 chairs - the larger table with 6 chairs is located under the shady lanai.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

Spacious landing with computer desk and PC offers free high speed WiFi internet access - ideal place to use your laptop.

It is also equipped with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping capacity if needed.

The master bedroom, accessed via double doors, has a king sized bed, dresser with a mirror above, armoire with integral Smart LCD cable TV & ceiling fan.

The luxury ensuite bathroom has a large corner bath, double walk-in shower, his & hers vanity units and a separate WC.  There is also a large walk-in cupboard.

This bedroom features a queen sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with mirror above, a large built-in wardrobe and wall mounted Smart LCD cable TV. This bedroom also benefits from direct access to a Jack & Jill bathroom.

The shared Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms 2 & loft area and features a bath with shower over, single vanity, and WC. 

This Mickey & Minnie themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds, shared nightstand, chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and wall mounted Smart LCD cable TV.

Both twin bedrooms are served by this family bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

We provide a cot (crib) and highchair for your little one - we can also provide additional infant items on request at extra cost - please request these additional items in the booking form.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 20 - 25 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
