As you enter the villa you find the Living room with 2 sofas with seating for up to 6.

The room is bright, sunny and airy facing the front of the villa. Vaulted ceilings add a sense of grandeur and drama to the layout of the villa.

This beautifully decorated room has a large, opulent dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is a direct access through to the kitchen

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LCD HD Smart TV with DVD player in the impressive armoire unit.

The room is open plan to the kitchen and informal breakfast nook dining area and overlooks the beautiful sun deck at the rear of the property.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The pleasant breakfast nook is adjacent to the kitchen with views overlooking the pool deck and golf course views beyond. For informal dining, there is a large round glass-topped table and 6 chairs.

This bedroom comes equipped with a full-sized bed (double) and double drawer units with mirror and 32" LCD Smart HD TV above and large built-in wardrobe.

Immediately next to the bedroom is the bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin/vanity unit. This serves as the ensuite to the master bedroom after hours.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The games room is wonderfully equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With 7' pool table, table tennis table, table foosball, table hockey and mini hockey table - there are activities to keep the kids (of all ages) entertained and occupied - the key to a most successful holiday!

The large pool with west facing deck has fantastic open views over the fabulous golf course.  We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs - 2 of the chairs are reclining and have footstools providing an additional 2 sun loungers. A large parasol is provided to provide shade when needed.

The deck receives glorious sunshine from early morning until spectacular sunset!

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling hot tub ? Heats (independently from the pool) to 104 degrees. Powerful jets soak away your aches and pains!

Hot tub heat is available for an additional £16 GBP per day (or corresponding USD rate) and will be added to your rental cost on request. If you only want the hot tub heated and not pool heat - DO NOT select pool heat in the booking form but request Hot Tub heating in the booking form comment section and we will add the cost to your rental cost.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $50/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck and onto the golf course has been furnished with a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, 42" LCD HD TV with DVD player and alarm clock radio.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large Roman-style spa bath, walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom is set up as a twin bedroom with matching nightstand. The room enjoys twin aspect windows. Within the room, we also have a 32" LCD HD Smart TV and ample storage. 

This Music & Sports themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching nightstand and dressing table with mirror. Within the room, we also have a 32" LCD HD Smart TV and a large built-in wardrobe.

This Disney Princess themed bedroom comes equipped with twin-size beds with a matching nightstand and dressing table with mirror. Within the room, we also have a 32" LCD HD Smart TV and a large built-in wardrobe.

The twin bedrooms are served by the remaining family bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

Spacious galleried landing with 2 electronic games consoles (Xbox One / Nintendo Wii)

There are two well-stocked bookcases and a range of board games and toys for the children's entertainment.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We have tried to include the key things a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as two cots (cribs) and a  highchair, which are both provided free of charge.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the 4 digit code and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located on resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 4 minute drive (30 - 35 minutes walk) to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
