As you enter the villa you find the living room with 2 reclining sofas and armchair seating for up to 6 people to enjoy watching the wall mounted 60” Smart LED HD cable TV.

Luxury kitchen with island has all the amenities including dishwasher, ceramic stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle. Complete with a luxury cutlery set and crockery for 10 plus a set of pool safe plastic glasses and crockery for use on the pool deck. 

The pleasant dining area with 3-way views overlooking the pool deck. There are a table and 6 chairs plus an additional 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The extremely comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch our magnificent wall mounted 70" Smart LED HD cable TV with Blu-Ray player, cinema surround sound and a library of 35 Blu-Ray films for you to enjoy. 

We have equipped the room with reclining cinema type seating for 6 persons for your comfort - just add popcorn !!

This bedroom features a queen sized bed. Ample hanging and drawer space is provided along with a 39" LED HD cable TV and ceiling fan for your comfort.

This beautifully appointed downstairs shared bathroom includes a bath with shower over, toilet and vanity unit and storeage cupoard.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With a 7' pool table, air hockey, table foosball and electronic darts board - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

The laundry room provides a modern stainless steel washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large sunny pool with west facing pool deck enjoys additional privacy from low-level privacy screening. A pleasant sound of running water is provided by a waterfall feature.

We have provided 4 sun loungers with side tables for your sunbathing comfort. There is also an octagonal patio table with 5 chairs plus a 2 & 3 seater sofa providing additional seating under the shaded covered lanai with ceiling fan.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $60/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

Spacious galleried landing with double desk area with free WiFi internet access - ideal place to use your laptop.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with and a king sized bed, large walk-in wardrobe, wall mounted 50" LED HD cable TV, ceiling fan and alarm clock.

The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom features an ornate black ebony queen sized bed with matching nightstands, 2 x chest of drawers, wall mounted 39" LCD HD cable TV and ceiling fan. This bedroom is situated next to the third bathroom. 

This nautical themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching nightstand, chest of drawers with wall mounted 39" LCD HD cable TV above, large built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

This butterfly-themed bedroom comes equipped with twin sized beds with a matching nightstand, chest of drawers with wall mounted 39" LCD HD cable TV above, large walk-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

The upstairs bathroom, between bedrooms 4 and 5, has a bath with shower over, toilet, vanity unit and linen cupboard. 

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller, which are all provided free of charge.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on traveling to the beach on either coastline, we provide a selection of beach towels or you can purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the 4 digit code and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located just 5 - 10 minutes away. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 5 - 10 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.
