This quiet, private location has a southwest-facing swimming pool overlooking a conservation area. It is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the parks or on the golf course.

Adjacent to the entrance foyer in the corner with views onto the front gardens is the beautifully decorated dining area with a large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

Lavishly furnished with 2 x two seater and 1 x three seater sofas and coffee table.  For your entertainment we have provided a 42” cable TV, DVD, VCR and a large selection of DVDs & CDs for all ages.  From the family room there is direct access onto the pool deck via sliding patio doors.

As it says totally equipped with everything you need. Full size stove, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer with ice maker, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery - in fact, everything you would need - just add food !!

Should you wish not to cook when in the villa, there is a drawer with a good selection of takeaway menus.

This luxurious master bedroom has an amazing King sized bed, flat screen TV with built in DVD, large built-in wardrobe with a safe secured to the floor.

Ensuite bathroom with large bath, double walk-in shower, his & hers sinks, separate WC and hairdryer.

Exquisitely furnished, beautiful bedroom, walk-in closet, TV with DVD and use of the adjacent Cabanna bathroom.

With direct access onto pool deck this bathroom has bath with shower over, vanity unit, WC and hairdryer.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstand and chest of drawers with mirror above. Within the room, we also have a 21" LCD HD TV, ceiling fan and large built-in walk-in wardrobe

Furnished with twin beds, wardrobes or walk-in closets, dressers, night stands. All bedrooms are themed differently with one Mickey Mouse and one Baseball.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

Southwest facing over-sized pool and deck area which catches the sun all day. The retractable sun awning provides welcome shade over the outdoor dining area consisting of a large round patio table & 6 chairs.

For your sunbathing comfort there are 4 sun loungers.  You will also find a generous supply of pool toys & inflatables.

For the safety of small children, there is a pool safety fence which can be easily removed if not needed.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $85/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair & 2 strollers which are all provided free of charge.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $65 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 20 - 25 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
