As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the ground floor master bedroom #2 with an adjacent bathroom - the hallway then leads onto the dining area and living room to the right.

To the left via an arched opening, you find the staircase, family room & kitchen with breakfast nook.

The living room has a comfortable leather sectional sofa set and 60" LED TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player and a selection of DVD's.

For your viewing pleasure, we offer an extended cable package with 300 digital channels, HBO, Netflix & Amazon Prime.

For your gaming pleasure, there is a PS3 with a selection of games.

Patio doors provide views and access to the pool deck.

The dining area has seating for up to 8 around a spacious extendable dining table. There are an additional 2 chairs should you wish to seat 10 around the dining table.

The family room has a comfortable sectional sofa set and patio doors overlooking and leading to the pool deck and the pool.

You will be entertained by a 65" LED TV with a 5.1 surround sound system, Blu-Ray DVD player and a large selection of DVD's. For your viewing pleasure, we offer an extended cable package with 300 digital channels, HBO, Netflix & Amazon Prime

For your gaming pleasure, we also have a Sony PS4 games console with a selection of games.

The luxurious kitchen with granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, toaster, blender, a Keurig coffee maker, & juice maker. Also, we provide every small utensil imaginable, plenty of crockery, cutlery and more.

The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is ideal for enjoying breakfast or light snacks or just socialising with whoever is preparing a meal in the kitchen.

The breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen with views out to the side of the villa has seating for up to 4 around the round glass-topped table.

For your convenience, there is also a wall-mounted Dyson V8 cordless vacuum cleaner so you can easily clean up when needed.

The laundry room provides a full-size front-loading washing machine & tumble dryer, as well as an ironing board with iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The second master bedroom has a window towards the morning sun, a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, LCD TV with BlueRay DVD as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a walk-in wardrobe.

This bathroom is adjacent to the queen bedrooms and has a bath with a shower over, a single vanity unit and a WC.

The bathroom serves the downstairs during the day but can be used as an ensuite to the queen bedroom after hours. We also provide a hairdryer.

The double garage is converted into a games room with a pool table which converts easily into table tennis, air hockey, table foosball and darts.

We also provide 3 bikes with helmets for guests to use on Highlands Reserve at their own risk.

Fancy a game of golf on Highlands Reserve - no problem we provide up to 6 golfing sets free of charge.

The pool deck is extended on both sides of the villa, allowing for sun from morning to sunset. The view onto the golf course and the orange grove in front is magnificent, and the corner lot allows for privacy from neighbours.

We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and 2 patio tables with a total of 12 chairs - the shady covered lanai is used with the patio table & 8 chairs. The other round table with 4 chairs is placed on the pool deck and is ideal for the kids.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March).

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe. When not in use or not needed, the safety fence is stored in the games room (garage).

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $85/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The large master bedroom has a fantastic view of the 8th  fairway and green, and further onto the 5th and 6th green and the 7th tee. It has a king-size 4-poster bed with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe, LCD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a ceiling fan. We also provide a work desk in the room where you can setup your laptop.

The ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC.

This bedroom has a wonderful view onto the 8th green. It has two twin beds with a shared nightstand, a chest of drawers, an LCD TV, a ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom has a nice view of the 9th tee and the 5th fairway. It has two twin beds with a shared nightstand, a chest of drawers, an LCD TV, a ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom has a window towards the morning sun and is facing the quiet cul-de-sac. It has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers, an LCD TV, a ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe.

The large family bathroom has twin vanity units, a bath with shower over and a WC.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to the internet and email.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as 2 x cots (cribs), 2 x highchairs, a stroller, 2 x car seats and bed rails for two twin beds

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $65 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

Our villa is maintained and serviced by a very responsive and friendly management company located close by. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 25 - 30 minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24-hour WalMart Superstore just 10 10-minute drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
