The living room has  2 comfortable sofas providing seating for up to 5 to enjoy the benefits of our new wall-mounted 60" LCD HDTV, together with Blu-ray DVD player. There is a selection of DVDs, including some for the younger guests. 

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen & dining area and has leather sofas providing seating for up to 7.  For your entertainment, there is another cable 51" LCD HDTV.  Patio doors provide direct access onto the pool deck

The large fully-equipped kitchen with American side-by-side refrigerator with ice & water dispenser, large oven & ciramic hob, microwave, Stainless steel dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, waste disposer, crockery, cutlery and even an electric can opener - everything you could possibly need to create anything from a snack to a 3 course meal.

The dining area adjacent to the kitchen, has ample seating for up to 6 around a spacious dining table.

This bedroom is located to the front of the villa and has a very comfortable queen size bed, ceiling fan, 32" wall mounted HD LCD cable TV and walk-in wardrobe.

This ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity unit and WC. It is also shared with the ground floor during the day.

The laundry room next to the kitchen is fitted with full size washing machine and a tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Our games room comes with an 8' professional slate pool table made by one of America top manufacturers. English dart board.  We have a ceiling fan, comfortable sofas and a wall mounted 32" LCD cable TV.

The large pool with south-east facing deck has fantastic views over the fabulous golf course.  We have provided 5 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 4 chairs under the shady covered lanai with ceiling fan.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $60/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We also provide pool safe melamine crockery

The exceptionally large master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, 50" LCD HDTV, alarm clock radio and walk-in wardrobe. There is a private balcony off the bedroom with great views of the golf course.

The en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC bathroom scales and hairdryer.

This Hello Kitty themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching nightstand and chest of drawers. Within the room, we also have a wall mounted 32" LCD HDTV and large built-in wardrobe

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller, which are all provided free of charge.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on traveling to the beach on either coastline, we provide a selection of beach towels or you can purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located only 5-6 minutes away. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 15 - 20 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
