The open-plan living room with strip oak flooring is furnished with a large L-shaped fabric sofa and armchair and a glass-topped coffee table. For your entertainment, we provide a large wall-mounted LCD cable TV, a DVD player and lots of DVDs to choose from.

The living room enjoys great views and sliding door access to the pool deck.

Set in the rear corner of the villa adjacent to the kitchen with views onto the pool deck is the dining area with a large dining table with seating for 6.

Fully fitted kitchen with light oak cabinets, breakfast bar and a comprehensive range of appliances, including a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Also included is a large selection of tableware, glasses and cutlery.

At the rear of the kitchen, you can gain access to the very spacious double garage.

At the rear of the kitchen, there is a separate discreet cupboard concealing a large top-loading washing machine and tumble dryer. Providing guests with all the necessary items guests will need if they want to do their laundry including an iron and ironing board, so no need to bring too many clothes - save the space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes at the outlet malls.

Huge bedroom with a King-sized sleigh bed with matching solid dark wood furniture including 2 bedside drawer cabinets, chest of drawers/dressing table/mirror, a wall-mounted LCD cable TV, ceiling fan and a large walk-in wardrobe. Patio doors provide private access directly into the covered lanai and pool deck.

The luxury ensuite bathroom includes a large oval bath, a huge walk-in shower, his & hers vanity units, a large mirror and a WC. We have even provided a hairdryer.

Luxurious bedroom with King-sized bed with matching maple wood furniture, two bedside drawer cabinets, large chest of drawers with mirror and LCD cable TV/DVD, ceiling fan and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

This room enjoys views of the front garden.

This sunny room comprises bath with shower over, single vanity unit with hairdryer and WC.

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin-sized beds with a matching drawer nightstand and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.

Leading out through the patio doors the deck and pool area provides you with excellent privacy. There is a shaded area which offers those who would like to cool down somewhere to go and enjoy the breeze provided by the two ceiling fans.

Around the pool there is plenty of space to relax on the 4 sun loungers and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The covered lanai area offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. At night, the lanai is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - we have provided a 6 seater patio table for your comfort.

The safety of your family is our utmost priority - the pool area is protected by a toddler safety fence and pool door alarms for the security of young children.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the 6 digit code and your holiday can begin !!

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located on resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

It's a 20 - 25 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just a 10-minute drive up the US27, or if you travel 9 miles you will find an ALDI store on the US192 which is considerably cheaper than Publix or Walmart.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
