As you enter the villa you are greeted with a carpeted open-plan living room and dining area. 

An opening in the wall by the dining area leads to the kitchen and family room.

Adjacent to the dining area you find the living room with 2 fabric sofas surrounding a central glass-topped oval coffee table. Views from living room onto front garden.

Adjacent to the living room in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with a large glass-topped oval dining table with 6 chairs.

The fully fitted brightly coloured kitchen with white appliances to match white units has everything you could possibly need, including an oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered cold water dispenser, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle. We also have a CD/Radio.

The breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen features an oval table and 6 chairs.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

In the laundry, we also have a bookcase with an extensive library of books for your enjoyment.

The large family room looks out over the pool area and has 3 comfortable sofas around a coffee table proving ample seating for 8 persons to watch the large LCD cable TV with a DVD player.

The large patio doors lead out to the pool deck.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views & private access onto the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with an LCD cable TV above, a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a Roman bath, walk-in shower, his & her sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands and a chest of drawers with a mirror & LCD cable TV above. Within the room, we also have a ceiling fan and a walk-in closet.

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin-sized beds with a matching shared nightstand and a chest of drawers with a mirror and LCD cable above. Within the room, we also have a ceiling fan and a built-in closet.

The family bathroom features a bath with a shower over, a single vanity sink and WC and includes a hairdryer for guest use.

The large pool with a south-west facing deck is very private thanks to the tall mature planting around the garden perimeter. 

We have provided 6 x reclining padded chairs and 2 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 4 chairs under the shady-covered lanai with a ceiling fan.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

To prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool, we have installed a pool safety fence (removable) across the lanai opening as well as pool door alarms, so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $85/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and a full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The garage has been converted into a games room and is equipped with a pool table.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm system for your security.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to the resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $65 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

It's a 20 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just a 10-minute drive up the US27, or if you travel 9 miles you will find an ALDI store on the US192 which is considerably cheaper than Publix or Walmart.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
