As you walk in through the front door you are greeted with a tiled hallway leading to the lounge and a separate dining room to the left.

The master king and 2nd king bedrooms are to your right. Ahead of you to the left past the dining room is the kitchen, family room & remaining 2 bedrooms & family bathroom.

The dining area is adjacent to the foyer and overlooks the front gardens and contains a large table and comfortable seating for 6.

Leading on from the entrance foyer is the comfortable living room with 2 sofas providing seating for up to 6. This area is perfect to relax away from the noise from the rest of the villa

The master king bedroom and 2nd king bedroom leads off on the right.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the amazing Roku-enabled 60" LED HD TV with Blu-ray DVD player.

As with all our TV's in our villa, we provide an upgraded cable TV package; and for our UK guests this includes UK Premiership football.

The kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, blender, toaster and kettle and coffee machine.

The laundry room adjacent to the kitchen provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck through sliding patio doors has been furnished with an extremely large king-sized bed, wardrobe, Smart Roku-enabled TV and ceiling fan for your comfort.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large bath, a walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and a separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom with views over the front garden has a king-sized bed, Smart Roku-enabled TV, chests of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

This bedroom also features a king-sized bed with matching nightstands and chests of drawers. Ample hanging and drawer space is provided along with a Smart Roku-enabled TV, There is also a ceiling fan for your comfort.

This Harry Potter themed bedroom features twin-sized beds with a nightstand and matching chests of drawers is situated next to the second bathroom. Ample hanging and drawer space is provided along with a Smart Roku-enabled HD TV. There is also a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are served by the family bathroom and is equipped with a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

The garage has been converted into a games room and is equipped with a slate pool table & table foosball - the kid's will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The south-west facing extended deck enjoys the sun all day long; from the moment it first starts to peep over the horizon to the moment it sets behind the golf course painting the sky in beautiful shades of reds and pinks. 

There are 5 sun loungers with a poolside dining table, when the sun gets too hot you can retreat to the shade of the lanai, with a dining table and ceiling fan a great place for your alfresco dining.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the Underwater lighting to make the pool & fountain look great - check out the photos !!

Toddler pool safety fence and pool door alarms ensure safety for the very young. This can be removed subject to you feeling confident about safety around the open pool.

For the ultimate in an alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

Please note that BBQ must be cleaned after use or a $30 cleaning charge will be incurred

This is located at the top of the stairs leading off the kitchen. This comfortably furnished room comes equipped with two further sofa's offering seating for 6 with a coffee table and a 60" LCD Roku-enabled TV, soundbar, sub woofer & BluRay DVD player.

There is also a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Let's face it, these days you are going to have heaps of devices with you that all want faster internet access.  That's why we have provided an upgraded high-speed internet connection.

The WiFi is set up so that it's accessible in the whole villa and out on the pool deck.  You can read the news, stream a video or just keep up with friends back home; and you can do it all with the most amazing view in front of you

Our phone package provides you with free local telephone calls.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for so we have 2 x cots (cribs), 1 x highchairs and a stroller. All provided free of charge.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

You will recieve your unique code and all other information including directions a few weeks prior your departure

It's a 7-minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
