As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with the living room to your left, followed by the laundry next door. On the right, there is a boot room where you can hang your coats and leave your shoes.

The hallway then leads onto the spacious open-plan family room, kitchen and dining area beyond.

The living room to the front aspect includes a huge wrap around sectional couch in a beach themed chill out room. Perfect for quiet reading time or relaxation.

The laundry room adjacent to the living room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The comfortably contemporary furnished room with pleasant views onto the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 55" Smart TV.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The breakfast bar has 4 comfortable bar stools.

Adjacent to the kitchen in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with bench seating for up to 8  and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

This bedroom features a king-sized bed and has views onto the pool deck. There are 2 matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV.

This Minions themed bedroom features 2 twin sized beds with shared nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV.

Situated between bedrooms #5 & #6 is the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

The large sunny pool with a south-west facing deck benefits from splendid pond views to the south. Our salt water pool is much kinder to the skin, hair and clothes than regular chlorine pools

We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 8 chairs under the shady covered lanai.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

The loft entertainment room is situated on the landing area and is complete with a sofa, chairs, wall-mounted 55" Smart TV, Xbox Live, Pool Table and board games plus a ceiling fan.

The large master bedroom with views overlooking the front gardens has been furnished with and a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in dressing room, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV.

The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The second master bedroom with views over the pool deck has a queen-sized bed, with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

The Jack & Jill shared ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.

The third master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV. 

The Jack & Jill ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, 2 single vanity sinks and WC. This bathroom is also shared with bedroom #4 and the entertainment loft area.

This bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk (twin over full-size) with an under trundle bed, matching chest of drawers and bean bag seat. Sleeps up to 4 children. Complete with a ceiling fan, a large walk-in wardrobe and a smart TV.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We provide a stroller, high chair and pack n play (please bring own bedding for your infant) - all provided free of charge.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is less than a 20 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) from the Providence Golf Course and the excellent resort clubhouse with community pool.
