As you enter the villa you are greeted with a tiled hallway leading off to the bedroom 2 & 3 on the right and bedroom 4 on the left. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan family room, dining area & kitchen beyond.

The games room off the foyer, in the converted garage, is equipped with a pool table, foosball and dart board  - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 65" Smart LCD HDTV with cable TV package which includes premium channels, a selection of sports channels and HD channels. An xBox One console is available with a selection of games.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, double sink with waste disposal, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

Adjacent to the living room in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table and chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

The large master bedroom with it’s wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, 32" Smart Roku TV, alarm clock and telephone.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a bath, large walk-in shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

This bedroom features a Queen sized bed with a matching nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan & Smart TV.

The Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms 2 & 3 and features a bath with shower over, vanity sink and WC. This bathroom has 2 hairdryers.

This Star Wars themed bedroom features 2 x twin beds with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan & flat screen smart TV.

This bedroom features as a second master bedroom and is equipped with a King sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with large mirror. Within the room we also have a flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and large built-in wardrobe.

Adjacent to bedroom #4 is the remaining family bathroom with a large, double sized walk-in shower, WC and built-in sink unit.

After hours this bathroom is effectively an ensuite to bedroom #4.

A hairdryer is provided in this bathroom

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large 30' x 15' pool with west facing deck has open views over the conservation area.  We have provided sun loungers for your sun bathing comfort and a patio table with chairs under the shady covered lanai with ceiling fan. There is a poolside shower for you to cool down after a spell under the Florida rays.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not endulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

To prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool there are pool-door alarms so you know your children are safe. There is also a pool fence available at the villa for guests to use as an additional safety feature.

Located to the side of the covered lanai close to the pool is the pool cloakroom which is equipped with a single vanity and WC

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

Free long distance & local phone calls within the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico are included.

A high chair, child’s car seat, bed guard, two strollers and Pack N Play are available free of charge. 

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels.

Pool towels for use in the villa are provided.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features an alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

It's a 5 minute's drive to the local shops, restaurants & bars.

If you fancy a round of golf, its only a 5 minute drive to the prestigious Championsgate area with its golf courses, including the Greg Norman Championsgate golf course.
