As you enter the villa you are greated with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the living room and dining room beyond.  To the left it leads to the master bedroom and stairs leading to first floor bedrooms. To the right there is a cloakroom/downstairs wc.

The large master bedroom has been furnished with and a queen sized bed, large walk-in wardrobe, 26" LCD HD TV with cable and alarm clock radio. There is a private walled courtyard off the bedroom with 2 majestic palms providing some welcome shade.

The adjoining ensuite bathroom enjoys a single vanity unit, large corner bath, separate walk-in shower unit and WC. We have also provided a hairdryer in the cabinet.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 50" LCD HD TV with DVD or play on the Playstation2 games console. We also have lots of DVD's for those family nights in.

This beautifully decorated room with lovely views over the front garden offers a large dining table with 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is a direct access through to the kitchen

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle and telephone with free local & national calls.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With pool table, table tennis and backgammon game - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

We even provide tennis racquets and balls for us on the tennis courts.

The large east-facing pool has open views to the rear and privacy hedging to one side and a screen wall to the other.  We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai with a ceiling fan.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ? Remember, with this villa, you have no one overlooking you!

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a pack & play cot (crib), stairgate, highchair, baby walker and 3 x strollers which are all provided free of charge.

If you require a mid-stay clean with linen refresh, then this can be arrannged locally with the management company for a per clean charge of $85.
