As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with the living room & dining area to your left. The hallway then leads to the spacious open plan family room & kitchen beyond.

The living room with views onto front gardens featuring 2 sofas is the ideal place to chill out and have some peace and tranquillity.

Our beautiful formal dining room is just off the kitchen contains a table with seating for 8 people.

The luxurious kitchen with granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, toaster, blender, electric kettle, a Keurig coffeemaker as well as a coffee percolator. Also, we provide every small utensil imaginable, plenty of crockery, cutlery and more.

An island unit offers additional useful countertop for serving meals.

This informal breakfast nook has an attractive high level glass-topped table & bar stools to seat 6.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to the pool deck offers ample seating for you on 2 leather sofas to relax and watch the 65" 4K cable TV with Roku functionality.

Our oversized (5m x 2m) pool has an extended deck to the rear for all-day sun worshippers.

The sunny pool deck is west facing and has 6 luxury sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort.

To the rear, there are wonderful conservation woodland views and a natural pond is located diagonally to the left.

Under that shady lanai, we also provide a patio table with 8 chairs - ideal for alfresco dining  - privacy panels to each side of the lanai ensure maximum privacy when dining under the lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

Both the pool & spa are heated by gas which is available at extra cost if required.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $75/week payable direct to our management company - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and a full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The landing at top of the stairs has been furnished with cinema-style reclining seats in front of a large projector screen - the perfect place to sit and watch some movies together with Dolby Atmos 7.1 sound.

The second large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with a wall-mounted 4K Smart TV above, a large walk-in closet, and a bedside cordless telephone.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity sink and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We have Cobra Male and Female Golfing sets for hire - if you wish to rent these during your stay and you have a golfing license the cost is $75 per week per set.

Please request this in the booking form and we can add the cost to your final balance.

The cost of replacing any missing or damaged clubs will be deducted from the security deposit.

It's an 8-minute drive north to Loughman Crossing Town Center where you will find a Publix supermarket with a gas station, Burger King, Hungry Howies Pizza, Lins Asian Bistro, and a 7-Eleven.

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a Walmart Superstore just a 22-minute drive further north on N Old Wilson Road by intersection with the US192.
