As you enter the villa you are greeted with tiled foyer area with staircase directly in front and living room & dining area on the right. The hallway then leads onto the spacious family room beyond.

The living room is the ideal place to chill out and have peace and tranquillity and to relax in the luxury of the surroundings. This area has been designed as a quiet area where you can escape and read or play board games (No TVs in this area).

Our beautiful formal dining room is contemporary in style and has a glass top dining table with seating for 8 people. There is a serving hatch through to the kitchen.

This is where it all happens,  a beautifully designed large informal family room with 18' high cathedral vaulted ceiling overlooking the pool boasts 2 luxurious leather sofas and armchair comfortably seating 6 adults and is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast nook. This is the ideal space to watch the large 55" Smart TV.  

The fantastic kitchen area with all the 'mod cons' you would expect with a villa of this standard (far too many to mention).  We have upgraded all the floor area, kitchen units and insisted on granite worktops throughout.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the informal breakfast nook has a glass topped dining table and chairs to seat 6. From here there is direct access onto the pool deck & covered lanai via sliding patio doors.

A beautifully decorated bedroom with a comfortable quality king size bed, flat screen TV, clock radio, telephone, a large walk in closet, featur chair and window overlooking the pool deck.

The ensuite bathroom with granite topped double vanity unit, luxury corner bath, walk-in shower, separate WC and hairdryer.

Well equipped with large washing machine/tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner. iron and ironing board.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With pool table which converts into table tennis, air hockey and bar table & 2 stools - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do. Table foosball has now been added (not shown in pictures) !!

The large pool with north east facing extended deck has wonderfull conservation woodland views  We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sun bathing comfort and a large patio table with 8 chairs under the shady covered lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not endulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

A wonderful twin bedroom again beautifully decorated with flatscreen cable TV with DVD and a large built in wardrobe.

This bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full size) with wonderful views of the conservation area and pool deck, flatscreen cable TV with DVD, clock radio and large built-in wardrobe.

Services bedrooms 5 & 6 with Corian topped vanity unit, bath with shower over, WC and hair dryer.

Located at the top of the stairs on the landing with 2 soft "dough-nut" chairs and a large wall mounted 40" flat screen TV with X-Box One S which is an ideal place for the kids to escape the grown-ups and enjoys some serious gaming time.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

Free international, US long distance & local phone calls.

This can be hired from our property managers who are only 2 minutes away. Please request these items in booking form and we can advise rental cost by return.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!
