As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway opening out to the left with the living room and the dining area adjacent. The hallway then leads to the spacious open plan family room & kitchen beyond.

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with comfortable seating on 2 sofas with the dining area located to the rear of the room.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions. 

The spacious contemporary-styled family room with views and direct access on to the pool deck is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the large wall-mounted 4K TV with premium cable package including streaming channel service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney Plus) for all the family. 

The luxurious kitchen with black granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, toaster, blender, electric kettle, a Keurig coffeemaker. Also, we provide every small utensil imaginable, plenty of crockery, cutlery and more.

The pleasant breakfast nook with 3-way views overlooks the pool deck and open views beyond. There is a glass-topped round table and 6 chairs and is perfect for an informal meal.

This bedroom with views onto the pool deck features a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a large wall mounted 4K TV with an excellent cable & streaming package.

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !! 

The door from the laundry room leads into the games room.

The Marvel superhero-themed games room with PS4 gaming station includes a large wall-mounted screen and leather sofa, pool table, air hockey and basketball game. 

Cool LED lighting and a ceiling fan finish off this amazing games room.

The luxurious south-west facing pool deck with 28' x 14' pool and spa offers pleasant views to the side and and back - the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate.

The pool area is provided with a large patio table with 12 chairs under the covered lanai with a ceiling fan. For your sunbathing comfort, we provide 4 sun loungers plus an additional 2 reclining chairs with footstools that can also be used as sun loungers.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool.

For toddler safety, a pool safety fence has been provided which can be erected if required.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized 4-poster chrome framed bed, matching mirrored nightstands, mirrored chest of drawers, a walk-in closet, large wall-mounted 4K TV with an excellent cable & streaming package.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large spa bath, a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and a separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This contemporary-styled room contains another king-sized bed, with matching mirrored nightstands, mirrored chest of drawers, and a large built-in closet. In addition, there is a large wall-mounted 4K TV with an excellent cable & streaming package.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a walk-in double shower, vanity sink and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This Star Wars-themed bedroom features a custom designed AT-AT Walker bunk bed with the top bunk accessed via a ladder. In addition, there is a built-in closet and wall-mounted 4K TV with excellent cable & streaming package.

We even provide a selection of Star Wars costumes for the kids to enjoy.

This excellent Harry Potter-themed bedroom features twin-sized beds with a shared nightstand, a chest of drawers and a built-in closet. Additional features include a wall-mounted 4K TV with an excellent cable & streaming package.

We even provide a selection of Harry Potter costumes for the kids to enjoy.

This extraordinary Disney Frozen-themed bedroom features a custom designed castle bunk bed with steps and a slide for the upper bunk. There is also a large walk-in closet, and wall-mounted 4K TV with an excellent cable & streaming package.

This Disney Moana themed shared bathroom features a separate room with bath & shower over, communal his & hers sinks and a separate WC. Bedrooms #3, #4 & #5 all share this bathroom.

The villa has high-speed WIFI internet access throughout the villa and pool deck - just bring your laptop.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a Pack and Play Crib, High Chair and Stroller which are all provided free of charge.

Includes Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Dish Soap, Hand Soap, Laundry and Dishwasher detergent

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

FREE use of all resort amenities including entry into the resort Water Park.

It's a leisurely 10-minute walk to the excellent resort clubhouse with a video gaming area, pool tables, internet cafe, on-site convenience store, Gym/fitness room and HD cinema. 

Outside is a luxury double Olympic-sized heated lagoon-style zero-entry swimming pool with fountains & waterslides, a kiddies splash zone,  floodlit tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a putting green. Sundries store with hot and cold snacks.

Also, there are three fabulous kids' play areas for kids up to 12 years old including the Castle Playground which is a 7-minute walk away.

It's a 3-minute drive north N Old Lake Wilson Road to the Walmart Supercenter where you do all your food shopping.

You are now also at the intersection of the US192 where you will find a multitude of decent restaurants & bars by travelling west on the US192.
