As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway opening out to the left with the living room and the dining area adjacent. The hallway then leads to the spacious open plan family room & kitchen beyond.

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with comfortable seating on 2 sofas with the dining area located to the rear of the room.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions. 

The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 52" LCD HD TV with DVD. A Brighthouse HD DVR cable box is provided with 100's of channels for all the family including Disney and other children's channels, prime time channels, sports channels showing US sports and live English premiership soccer.

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !!

Very well equipped regardless whether you want to cook a quick stir fry or roast a turkey. The adjacent breakfast nook set in a bay window looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 (4 additional bar stools in the games room) at the breakfast bar.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !! You will also find the infant strollers and child's safety gate here for use anywhere in the property. There is also a High Chair, Childs Booster Seat, Baby Walker, 3 Strollers and chair for a newborn baby.

This bedroom features a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a cable TV and alarm clock radio.

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.

The converted garage is equipped with a Pool Table and Electronic Darts. 

There is also a bar with bar stools and a floor standing fan for your comfort.

The luxurious 37' pool deck with 28' x 15' pool and spa offers pleasant views to the side and the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate.

This villa is only ONE of a handful with an EXTRA LARGE pool area allowing seating for all around the pool.

The pool area is provided with a large patio table with 6 chairs, A Bistro Table with 2 chairs, 2 chairs with footstools that can be used as a sun-lounger plus 4 sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool.

For toddler safety a pool safety fence has been provided which can be erected if required.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

This wonderful contemporary styled room is furnished with a king bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room is special, and has its own cable TV and alarm clock radio.

The enclosed ensuite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

This contemporary styled room contains another king sized bed, with matching furniture which make this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large walk-in closet, 22" cable TV with DVD and alarm clock radio

The ensuite bathroom, with single vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower and hairdryer.

This Mickey & Minnie Mouse themed bedroom features twin sized beds and built-in wardrobe.

The villa has high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa and pool deck - just bring your laptop. If you do not want top bring your laptop there is a computer in the bay window upstsirs.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as 3 Pack & Play cots (cribs) - for hygiene reasons, cot bedding not provided. We also provide a highchair, childs booster seat, baby-walker, 3 strollers and chair for a newborn.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features an alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.
