The luxurious pool deck with large pool and raised spa offers the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate.  The pool area is provided with ample tables, chairs and sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.  The shaded lanai offers much welcome shade when needed.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool.

For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, we provide a gas BBQ with utensils free of charge.

The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it and all doors leading out to the pool deck have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with comfortable seating with the dining area located to the rear of the room.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 55" LCD TV with DVD & Bose Home Cinema. A selection of DVD's are provided for your enjoyment.

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.  Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, crockery, cutlery and a toaster.  All that's needed is the food and drink !!

Very well equipped regardless whether you want to cook a quick stir fry or roast a turkey.  The kitchen overlooks the lanai/pool area.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !!

This bedroom features king sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a cable HDTV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.

The converted garage is air conditioned and includes a SONOS music system, pool table, championship basketball game, table foosball, TV with DVD, XBox 360, an assortment of board games and books,

This wonderful contemporary styled room is furnished with a King bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room is special, and has its own 28'' cable HDTV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

The enclosed ensuite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

This contemporary styled room contains another king sized bed, with matching furniture which make this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large walk-in closet. Additional features include a 24'' cable HDTV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if the booking has been made in BRITISH POUNDS we will convert into US DOLLARS s at the prevailing rate, at the time of booking.
