Lake Davenport Estates
Lake Davenport Estatesis is a community made up of just fewer than 250 residential and holiday homes built between the years of 1994 and 2000. The peaceful estate is situated off the US27 less than 2 miles south of the junction with the US192 and is pleasant mix of US residents and holiday makers . The community has a communal pool, basketball and tennis courts as well as a kiddies playground, all of which are free to visitors.
There are many golf courses are situated nearby (the excellent Highlands Reserve Golf Course is just a 4 minute drive away) and the 400 acre Lake Davenport itself offers the chance for a spot of fishing.
Lake Davenport Estates retains a quiet and peaceful charm and is also conveniently located to shops and restaurants with Berry Town Center just a 4 minute drive away and plenty more on the US192 on the US192. Within walking distance there is a small gas station, shop and Subway Sandwich Bar.
Disney is just a 6 miles or less than 15 minues drive away and Universal Studios and Seaworld are 25 minutes away.
