We have negotiated with a brilliant local professional photographer (My Visual Listings) to photograph owners properties to present their properties at their best for the following very competitive rates - these rates include the additional photos that are taken and staging your home before photography, editing, file conversion & download links. You also get both HD print resolution and web-ready resolution photos (1200 x 800 pixels) for your own personal use.

All photos are resized to our optimum size and uploaded to your listing, plus we send you the full-size images for you to use for your own needs such as your own website and advertising on other websites

These rates are very competitive as you would normally pay at least double this !!

Unlike other photographers, our photographer takes great care and will even wait until the sun is shining before attempting to photograph your villa, so that all the exterior shots have blue sky and sunshine, and all your interior rooms are professionally lit with as much natural light for maximum impact.  The photographer will take numerous pictures of your pool & pool deck when in full sun and in such a way that it will look attractive and be inviting.

We will then take the HR photos and resize them to 1200 x 800 pixels (optimum size for IWAV website), upload them to your listing and add relevant captions (which you can edit if you wish). We will then send you the resized photos plus a download link for the full-size HR photos. If you require a copy of all the photos on disk for your personal use, there will be a small nominal charge to cover the cost of the administration, blank disk & postage.  Alternatively, we can also upload the full-size images to DropBox so you can download them yourself. You can use these photos for whatever you wish as you will be the owner of the photos.

If you want to go ahead for me to schedule the photographer to photograph your property, please let us know owners@iwantavilla.com and we will email you a credit/debit card payment link via PayPal – as soon as we receive the payment, we will instruct the photographer to contact either yourself or your management company to book in a mutually convenient date & time – please advise who he should contact. The photographer will need to liaise with you or your management company to ensure that your villa has been prepared for maximum presentation – i.e. dining table dressed, fancy towel folding, patio furniture set out, pool cover removed and hidden from sight etc….
